Several times I've been standing in line at the mcdonalds in Savannah waiting to order my food a they just walk off and leave me standing there high prices and low class food and very poor service

The city of Savannah Chatham County received a grant to repair the streets Time After Time you're going to run into potholes because they do a little Patchwork here and there now anytime you hit a pothole and the road and it will actually cause your hands to jump off the steering wheel for a millisecond or more that is crazy what are these politicians doing with the money I've called code enforcement I left a message with the state attorney office so I can file a claim I have yet to hear anything from him they know the infrastructure is bad these politicians just want to keep the money in their pocket and use it for their own personal use now I have called him have not heard anything from him how many cars do you have to go through in this freaking City they know that the infrastructure is bad they already just cheat the people for instance they had a problem with the water department some kind of way they were sending people $1,000 water bills and the way for them to get the money is to charge you a deposit which is normal but then they want to charge you a monthly set amount for the water on top of that the amount in which you use I left a message for the City attorney to get back with me so I can follow the claim against these people it makes no sense when the people keep voting the same stupid politicians over and over again I can see now how they call this place Cheatham County now my gas gauge doesn't work so I don't know how much gas I have in my car I think these government officials need to be looked at thoroughly and dealt with accordingly it just doesn't make sense they have big roots from these trees that grow out the ground forget about it if you have a bad spine just female problems in general you hit these potholes and they will screw up your car and nobody wants to call you back to do a doggone thing about it to an addition when you go to the water department to pay on your bill they have doors for the handicap that it's been broken for as many years as I've been going to this water department the doors are super heavy I don't understand they need to be investigated by the government it just doesn't make any sense and the 4th of April was the last experience that I had when it knocked out my gauge again it's like you're on a rough ocean driving the streets of Savannah I'm really sick and tired of these people getting paid Megabucks to be holding their position but when it's time to file a claim nobody could get back with you so just keep in mind if you're coming to visit Savannah get ready for the madness if you stay there near downtown where most of the tourists are all they make it seem so nice and pleasant and stuff for the pedestrians and the whole nine yards but if you drive around the city you will understand what I'm talking about and I'm sick and tired of this situation

Found exactly what I wanted, although postage was a bit expensive it was worth it,as it was delivered in a couple of days ( RESULT ).
Will Definitely order from them again for me, my family and friends.

J'ai récemment commandé un terrarium en bambou en 80x40x40 (dispo sur le site). Ils m'ont contacté quelques jours après pour me dire que le terra n'était pas en stock et m'ont proposé de m'envoyer le modèle au dessus sans frais supplémentaires. Jusque là super.

Une fois le terrarium chez moi je me suis aperçue qu'une des vitres était mal coupée rendant le terrarium inutilisable. J'ai alors contacté le service client afin d'exposer mon problème. Le type me dit "Pas de soucis on va trouver une solution, je m'occupe d'aller mesurer les autres vitres a l'entrepôt et vous rappelle rapidement." Ok.. une semaine après toujours rien ! Je l'ai contacté pratiquement tous les jours ! Même réponse à chaque fois. Aujourd'hui je rappelle ENCORE et le mec m'a littéralement envoyé balader "je sais pas quoi vous dire, faites comme vous voulez, la prochaine fois que vous appellerez au lieu de vous dire que je vais m'en occuper je vous dirais que je ne ferais rien" et il me raccroche au nez ! Je suis choquée par un tel manque de professionnalisme et dégoûtée !
Visiblement il traite ses clients comme ses animaux.

Sur 4 prestations il n'y a eu seulement qu'un problème mineur; un emballage insuffisant avec à l’intérieur 2 boites un peu écrasés sur les 4.
Dans l'ensemble je suis satisfait.
