This is an easy 5 star rating for me

This is an easy 5 star rating for me. Although it took over a month to get to me, Travis was always keeping me updated and it arrived just as described. During the building process I would run into a snag or had questions and Travis was super fast to respond and get me the help I needed.

Best Sauna Experience!

We recently purchased an outdoor sauna from Sauna Realm, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we reached out, their representative Travis was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the options available, ensuring we found the perfect fit for our needs.

We were guided through the various features and benefits, making the decision process smooth and enjoyable. Once we made our choice, the support didn’t stop there. Sauna Realm was responsive to all out questions and provided clear instructions for setup and maintenance.

The sauna itself is fantastic! It’s well-built and provides a relaxing retreat in our backyard. We highly recommend Sauna Realm to anyone considering a sauna purchase!

Great sauna and support

I recently purchased a sauna kit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The kit came with everything needed to assemble a beautiful outdoor sauna. While putting it together had a few challenges, the customer support team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Any time I had a question or needed clarification, they were quick to respond and always professional. Their support made a huge difference in getting everything installed correctly. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the finished sauna works perfectly. I highly recommend this product and the company to anyone looking for a DIY sauna project backed by great service/support.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. There were some issues with damage on some of the boards for the sauna on delivery and Travis was very attentive and stayed in constant contact to make sure everything turned out ok with the build from beginning to end.
