Buyer be warned - this is a Chinese company that cuts corners on customer service and delivery/installation. We purchased the Minimalist Refresh 2 with cedar wood. While the product itself seems of decent quality, the company was very bad at communication throughout the delivery process. The sauna "arrived" at the port in LA and then it took 2+ weeks to be picked up. Once it was picked up we were just told what day it was going to be delivered rather than scheduling a delivery date that worked for us. When the delivery truck arrived they did not have the proper tools to unload the pallet and actually DROPPED it on the ground (luckily nothing broke!).

We paid the extra $$ for the installation service because we did not know how extensive the installation process would be. DON'T PAY FOR INSTALLATION. The sauna is not complicated, essentially panels that slot together with some screws to secure it in place. The installation was done by a third party, some guy named Shakiel was who we communicated with, and he then found a fourth party in our area to do the installation. They did a terrible job, caused damage to some of the panels and didn't even put the trim on the top portion. Needless to say, very disappointed with the installation and upset we paid so much for it. Saunaones was willing to reimburse us a small amount, not enough in my mind for the damage and headache.

The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because the sauna itself is what was advertised. As far as the company is concerned, all I can say is don't expect much more than a cursory email here or there and keep on them to make sure everything is done in a timely fashion.

From checkout to assembly, everything was smooth. The sauna arrived in well-protected packaging and all parts were labeled clearly. I ran into one small question during installation, and their support team responded within minutes. The sauna heats fast and feels incredibly relaxing after my evening workouts. Excellent experience overall.

I researched many brands and SaunaOnes offered the best value. The sauna arrived earlier than expected and the installation was surprisingly simple. What stood out the most was their customer service—they answered all my questions about maintenance and temperature settings. After weeks of use, I can say the heat distribution is perfect and the interior wood finish is gorgeous.

My sauna was delivered right to my garage, and everything was packed securely. The panels were lightweight enough to install with my wife. The control panel and heating elements work flawlessly. Customer support followed up to ensure I assembled everything correctly. After several sessions, I’m sleeping better and feel more relaxed. Amazing product.

This was my first sauna purchase and I was a bit nervous, but SaunaOnes made it easy. Their website helped me choose the right size for my home, and the ordering process was quick. Assembly took less than two hours with a friend’s help. Their post-purchase support was just as good—friendly and knowledgeable. I now use the sauna almost daily and it’s been a huge boost to my wellness routine.

They will not answer phone calls or emails. They charged $1600 for "expert installation" which did not include the electricity hook up and the actual build only took 2 hours. Sauna One is clearly pocketing the installation fee as the installer did not make $900 an hour. They also sent the incorrect items (European voltage instead of US) and our electrician cannot even complete the electrical install. Spent nearly $8,000 for this and its been a disaster!!

We purchased a sauna from Saunaones in March of 2023 including install. The company hired an installer three hours away from us who did not have much experience with the product. What should have taken a few hours took two days and the product was damaged during install as the installer tried to make everything fit. We also received the wrong/cheaper heating element--not what we ordered, the door handle was dented on both sides, there were scrapes on several surfaces as well as chips at the bottom of the sauna, AND the sauna wouldn't work for several months. We had delayed back and forth emails with Tom who was not a great communicator and just kept saying the company had never run into this type of problem we were having. The company also sent a new power control box which we had to hire a new person to install. The unit still did not work properly. We finally had our new sauna person do the repair and got the sauna to work. At this point we argued about the cheaper heating unit that was sent in place of what we purchased and the fact that the heater couldn't be repaired if needed in the future as it was not UL approved and therefore not under warranty.
Don't buy a sauna from this company. They will not help nor communicate well. If you do buy one, don't purchase the install. HIre your own local sauna person. We ended up spending several hundreds of dollars more trying to repair the NEW sauna and get it to work because the company wouldn't work with us on this. This was a horrible experience.

Still waiting for a response. They do not even respond to reviews. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR SPEND MORE ELSEWHERE. The worst customer service available, they do not honor wuaranties, refunds never arrive. A true nightmare. Hopefully they are hit with 500% tariffs and close the scam business.

Delivery in 5 working days and announced in time as promised.

My experience with Saunaones has been extremely disappointing and has resulted in a complete loss of over $10,000. I purchased a Barrel Sauna, including installation, last year. After three failed attempts at proper installation by the Saunaones installation team, my sauna remains non-operational.

I have reached out repeatedly to Saunaones, who continued to suggest fixes that they expected me to perform myself. At this point, they have stopped returning my emails and phone calls. My sauna was never fully or properly installed, with missing pieces in the assembly process.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Saunaones due to their poor customer service and inability to deliver on their promises.

The price is great. I just wait only two months. Looks great in my backyard and comfy. If there is anything missing in instructions we have YouTube this days can find everything there step by step . Everything include in package and more than I would expect. Absolutely love it.

I placed my order on 9/2/24. It’s 10/16 and I still have not received an update on shipping. I’ve called multiple times, no one ever answers the phone. They only respond via email, and very sporadic. Beginning to think this is a scam and will dispute with my credit card company.

Belated update: my sauna finally did come in November. They rushed it out to me because they wanted me to remove this post, and offered me $500 to do so, which they gave me. In their haste, the clear coat was completely ruined because they didn’t let it dry before wrapping it up and shipping it out. Very disappointing that after waiting so long, I received a product with low quality craftsmanship. It did come, so the company is not a fraud, just unprofessional and/or unfamiliar with U.S. business practices of having a designated representative to answer the phone during the set telephone hours designated on the website. So frustrating that email after email, it took at least a week and half to resolve things with the sauna that could’ve been handled in a 20 minute phone call, but they refused to call me and just continue to respond via email.

Also, it came installed with Wi-Fi as I paid extra to upgrade to this feature. The Wi-Fi compatibility is shaky at best. Moreover, the sauna stones they sent do not fill the heater, so I’ll have to order an extra set of sauna stones for $60-$100.

The product is mediocre. My customer service experience could not have been further from some of these other reviews, so I have to wonder about the veracity of the reviews themselves…

This company is a fraud. They send cheap broken equipment from China and then lie to the credit card company and manipulate documents. Buyer beware— they are scams.

I've always wanted a sauna for the health benefits. We have just finished a bedroom remodel and expansion, and this sauna fits perfectly in the corner.
