The entire process has been top notch. I wish all businesses operated as professionally and addressed questions and concerns as well as Sauna Kits. My expected delivery was 3 months but they alerted me they had access to some inventory which I quickly accepted. Krizza from Customer Service monitored the delivery and quickly addressed a couple of setup issues i ran into. Her responsive help got our Sauna up and running quickly and I can’t stress enough how impressed I am with her, Sauna Kits, and our new sauna. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER

The unit has never worked once. The manual that came to assemble the unit was very outdated leaving many steps difficult to follow, were not necessary, but the biggest problem was that the manual did not identify which connection to make to the power unit to turn on the heaters. There were 4 other open connections to chose from, or the single one shown in the manual. Thus the system shorted and now it’s totally inoperable. Awful experience to date. Customer service acknowledged my concerns and issue two days ago without any follow up on remedies or next steps. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this purchase.

I had a great experience purchasing a Finnmark FD-4 Trinity Sauna from SaunaKits. I had a unique configuration and we were purchasing more than 1 unit so I wanted to speak with someone about it. It was the 4th of July holiday weekend so figured I was just leaving a chat message, but was surprised when Matthew immediately responded to my inquiry. I had a quote within minutes and the price we received was the lowest I could find.

My wife and I have been enjoying a LEGACY-MODEL two person sauna for two years. We recently had a problem with the arcfault breaker in our circuit panel that shut off every time we turned the sauna on. I contacted SaunaKits immediately and they responded quickly with real concern and a sincere desire to help me solve my problem. It took a few days, but I was able to diagnose and solve the problem with the help of Ez Glorioso, who could not have been more caring or attentive to our needs. Thank you!

I have to applaud SaunKits for the superior service. Especially the sales rep, Sam Kubeka. As with many large purchases, I was looking at many companies to purchase the sauna. Sam was always the first to provide the information I requested and ultimately the best pricing. He was even willing to hold the sauna in his warehouse till I needed it. I have no doubt this experience will continue. It is the extra mile that makes the sale and a happy customer!

Eric and John worked together to ensure I got what was best for my situation at a competitive price point. They were (and still are) communicative. I will update once the sauna and heater arrive and are built.
