Changed my mind on this one, the terp profile was to heavy. But I saved it by adjusting the temp to 145 to let them gass off and now it hits as good as my top shelf hash rosin

Chemical Tasting
I was very unhappy with the quality of both baller jars I got (pineapple Kush and super sour space candy.) Both smelled of chemicals… which I naively looked past. After smoking perhaps 1g of each, I’ve had a nagging cough that I typically get from bad carts. I will not likely be returning.
Edit: in regard to their reply. This is as my first ever order from this company. What a dismissive response. They use chemicals to extract their product … they are lying.

These are some of our best sellers and you can easily see by the 4-5 star reviews on our site that our customers have been enjoying them thus far, this was our first complaint. Some strains simply don't mesh will with some peoples preferences and others do. We always suggest purchasing a half gram to sample before committing to a larger quantity.
Rest assured there are no chemicals in any of the extracts on our website, and you can always verify this before purchasing by checking the lab results on each product page.
Again, please reach out if we haven't made this right yet!
**EDIT: We have reached out to you directly and refunded your order in full while we investigate our process. There was one other complaint and we assumed this was the same person since we never get complaints like this!
Also, just to clarify, all concentrates except solvent-less rosin are extracted using chemicals (hydrocarbon solvents, ethanol, etc.) There is no way around that and this is stated on our website on every product page where you can also find residual solvent analysis results.

Very well formed texture with beautiful color and pleasant flavor profile
The products were well done with well formed diamonds and sauce was light colored. All of the resins have beautiful color, and the flavor of the natural unmodified ones were very pleasant. I personally prefer live rosin the most because it preserves the flavor the best of all the other methods. I have found that I prefer strains with very little myrcene but with tropical citrus terpene profiles. I am looking forward to the next Rosin drop.

Very sorry that your package was stolen, but we simply can't issue a refund every time someone claims their package has been stolen. There are unfortunately a lot of bad apples that will lie about this just to get something for free or their money back.
We offer expedited shipping that is insured and we also offer standalone shipping insurance that covers stolen & damaged packages. However it is up to our customers to choose these options at checkout.

Great pricing and options!
The pricing and options on this site are unbeatable. been trying to find a good CBD concentrate connection and finally after about 6 different sites I did. The shipping was stupid fast, shipped on a saturday even though they say they don't arrived tuesday from a friday 2AM order. So very pleased. CBD iso is a ridiculous deal, and the baller jars are awesome.
Live resin came free with pack, tasted wonderful. This will be my go to site from now on.
