I bought Satya BNG Bengaluru Incense sticks for around $30, but honeslty, the experience was very disappointing. the Sticks had a burning issue and kept going out instead of burning properly. I had a relight them several times, which was frustrating. For $30, I expected much better quality. For me, it was a waste of money and definitely not worth the price.

I purchased 2 large boxes 12 packs each from SHRINIVAS SUGANDHALAYA (BNG) LLP (Satya BNG).

The sticks are extremely dry and have serious lighting problems. Almost every stick has the same issue. For the price, this is unacceptable.

I bought them because I liked the incense used at our yoga studio. After checking, I found they were actually using Japanese incense combined with Satya MUM. The difference in quality and fragrance was huge.

Satya BNG has excellent marketing, but the product quality does not meet even basic requirements. I wasted my money and would not buy BNG products again.

I thought he was just trying to sell me a cheaper product, so I quickly checked ChatGPT, which recommended the BNG version. I went with that advice and bought it.

Unfortunately, I seriously regret that purchase. The smell is completely different from what I remembered, and I also had issues with the incense burning properly. Honestly, this has been one of my worst incense purchases.

Looking back, I wish I had listened to the person at the local shop who actually had experience with the product. Real-world recommendations can sometimes be more reliable than AI suggestions.

I definitely won’t be buying Satya BNG Nag Champa again. I should have gone with the MUM version.

Unfortunately this batch is very disappointing. The incense sticks do not burn properly and keep going out after a short time, requiring constant relighting. The issue was a present in multiple boxes, making the product frustrating to use. The quality is not consistent with my previous, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product.

I have been buying Satya Nag Champa (BNG) because I believed it was a quality product and the green logo on the packaging gave me the impression that it was independently certified as environmentally friendly. I bought 12 box of Satya BNG NagChampa product from local wellness shop for about the $130 the company which use green product logo on the packaging. Unfortunately, every product has same issue they seem damp and don't burn properly. I have to relight every 2 to 3 minutes, which is very frustrating.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Satya Incense (BNG). This is the second time I’ve received a product with quality issues, which makes me question their consistency and quality control.

I purchased a large 12-pack of white sage incense from Amazon ($9.99 per box, USD), and multiple boxes have been unusable. The sticks won’t stay lit and appear to be damp. I’m currently on my third box and still facing the same problem.
