All good things come to an end
Before Saturn I've used about 6 different spoofers, both permanent and temporary. So, I know how to follow the guides and instructions very well including my own troubleshooting. All has been done on fresh installs of Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11 fully updated with no warnings in device manager.
I bought the lifetime Vanguard when it first came out, and at first I was genuinely happy with it. Everything worked well and I had a great experience with both the product and the support team.
A few months later, I decided to buy the lifetime EAC option and that is where everything started going downhill. It ended up breaking the Vanguard setup that had been working perfectly before. When I use the EAC spoofer, my entire system becomes noticeably delayed. My PC is not slow by any means, but having File Explorer take 8-15 seconds to open is unacceptable.
The Vanguard side has been even worse. Using the spoofer for Vanguard causes nonstop blue-screens.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of support. I emailed them from four or five different addresses just trying to get a response. After two to three months, I finally received one reply. I responded almost immediately because I have notifications enabled, but I have heard nothing since. It has now been about a month and a half without any follow-up. (24 hour reply they say)
I paid for lifetime access expecting a stable product and reasonable support when serious issues came up. Instead, the additional purchase made an already working setup worse, caused major performance and stability problems and left me waiting months for support. At this point, I regret purchasing the lifetime EAC option.
