I've ordered the Monster Hunter World: Namielle resin statue, and it is just a beautiful piece of art!

Customer Service was extremely helpful, even reaching out to me when they were alerted to a failed delivery attempt. Thankfully, nothing was wrong, and I picked it up just fine at the post office like any other package I would order. Not every company would go out of their way to offer help, and even if nothing happened, I still appreciate that they sent that email.

Incroyable ! Les résines sont d’une qualité folles, l’emballage est clairement sur aucun risque d’usure prématurée (à moins qu’un camion roule dessus lol).

I pre-ordered my first resin statue and I’m really pleased with it. The packaging was excellent, their customer service was always available and quick to respond whenever I had any queries or issues, and their prices are really competitive. What’s more, their website is extremely well-organised and well-designed. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely buy from them again.

I don't usually actively take the time to go and write reviews, but in this case really wanted to do so, because this store to me was exactly one of those rare pleasant cases where one finds that a comparatively "less well known" store which is harder to find in search results actually turns out to have both overall higher quality and better pricing than many of the better known ones.

We made two purchases. In one case the figure arrived perfectly safely. In the other case, there was unfortunately a broken off piece on the figure (likely damaged during shipping). Now as we know, a lot of stores seem perfectly fine only *until* there is some issue, so in my opinion, the best way to really tell a store's reliability is precisely when there is an issue. And I was very positively surprised by how smoothly and professionally everything was handled. They contacted the manufacturer and quickly secured a replacement part, which arrived safely and more quickly than I would have hoped.

All around the store is reliable, with fair pricing, no hidden fees (when it says no import fees there really are none), great experience, and they won't leave you hanging or ghost you for weeks on end even when something goes wrong unlike some. 100% recommend.

I bought my first resin statue on this website, and I must say I was entirely satisfied! They accompany the client through the whole delivery process and are very kind. My order arrived in time, and in great condition!

Ammetto che avevo un po' d'ansia ad acquistare per la prima volta su un sito che non conoscevo, una statua in resina che doveva arrivarmi dalla Cina, via mare, però devo dire che dopo un paio di mesi il pacco è arrivato integro e altrettanto la statua. Gentilissimi nel rispondermi a una mia mail nel quale chiedevo come funzionasse il tracciamento. Esperienza più che positiva.

I got a One Piece statue that is now on the secondary market. Santoryu had it in stock for a reasonable price (much less than on ebay). (It was Kuja pirate Marguerite, if you must know). They have great email communication. For a small extra fee (25 bucks) they converted to air shipping and the statue arrived here in the USA in about a week and a half. The box was undamaged. The statue was in perfect shape in its original packaging. They have excellent pre-order prices so I will be keeping an eye for new purchases here. All-in-all it was a good experience and I will stick with these guys for getting statues from overseas. I definitely give my recommendation for using them.

I ordered 2 resin models from Santoryu's website and I must say that they are a very reliable site. They don't charge you excessive amounts unlike other sites. Communication is by far the best I have experienced. They provide such an efficient and friendly service. The models came as described with secure packaging. This will now be my trusted source for Anime/manga sculpts.

Ottimo prodotto arrivato in perfette condizioni e in tempi rapidi. Do 4 stelle e non 5 per via dell’adesivo sotto di shanks della mia figure e del pacco che sono un po’ usurati. Ma nel complesso ottimo!
