They sent a camera system out knowing it did not have the hard drive. They did not tell me about this before it was posted, I had to contact them about it when I received the item. They refunded $100 for me to go and get a hard drive, I specifically told them I only wanted a refund for the hard drive if they were going to compensate me for the time off work I had to take to fix their mistake. But they only refunded $100, I asked them 3 times to provide the specifications of the drive eg write speed before they finally gave that information. I looked up a price of a hard drive at my local computer store (not even sure if it was the correct type I require) and it was $115-$150. I asked if they would pay the rest if I sent them the invoice, This was refused.
They then offered me to return the whole system and they would send a new one out with the hard drive in it (like they should have done in the first place). I asked why they could not just take the hard drive out of that system and send that to me. Again no answer on why they could not do this.
I do not understand why I have to wear the cost of their mistake but paying over the refunded amount or why they can not simply take a drive out and send that to me.
Very poor customer service and lack of ability to take responsibility for the impact of their own mistakes.
It shouldnt be this hard to to send a hard drive??? The mind boggles that it is cheaper for them to pay for my return postage and to resend a whole new unit… not a very zero emissions or carbon neutral way to do things.

A part3 desde el dia 6 de Marzo hasta el 16 no me han contestado y cuabdo lo hicieron para pedir tonterías de fotos para que te aburras y NO HAY GARANTIA .NO COMPREIS NADA DE SANNCE.
Tiempo habéis tenido desde febrero.

Their excuse for denying warranty is the vga still works so it's not covered even tho I use both outputs & now have 1 monitor showing nothing.

I purchased a ""10 CCTV"" NVR System from Sannce. BUT I received ""8 Channel Receiver"", not "10". Now I am told that I need a "Network System" to cater for the 2 Cameras.
In Summary: Advert is FALSE / INORRECT.
"8 Channel not 10" should be advertised.

I have purchased several products from Sannce and because my technology ability is very limited, I had to rely on Cindy and Friga from customer service for help in setting up the products. I cannot say enough about their patience, knowledge and professionalism and deserve 6 stars out of 5.

I have been using Sannce for my security system for more than 10 years. The system has been working reliably and they have very good customer service. So for my security camera upgrade, I do not hesitate in using Sannce. The quality of the PoE camera and the NVR is good and I look forward for many years of consistent service.

We purchased equipment on 3/9/25. Only one parcel has been delivered and the delivery company has admitted losing it and referring us back to Saance. It is now 9/10/25 and after phone calls and emails it is proving very difficult to speak to anyone within the company that can resolve this issue. We are made promises that it has been escalated but there is nothing resolved. As a business who uses Saance for our site, we are very disappointed by this last experience.

I asked for a 16 channel wireless system P/T, I got the advice and guidance I needed. It was easy to configure an setup.

We bought a cctv off them which said zoom in and will take face photos.
We paid someone to install it then found out we couldn’t zoom in and had to be with 2 metres to take photos of your face which was clearly advertised on their page that you can ZOOM IN AND TAKE FACE PHOTOS THAT WAS IT NOTHING ABOUT 2 METRES NOTHING.
I was told I could send it back but after paying a lot of money for it to be installed WHY SHOULD I LOSE ALL THAT MONEY FOR YOUR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

I recently emigrated and I decided to take my Sannce CCTV system with me as I was unlikely to find such a good system in my new location. The system had been working very well for 10 years before I removed it and boxed it up. After 12 months in storage I reinstalled the system in my new home. Everything powered up perfectly but I experienced a password issue due to information loss. At this point I thought I’d probably have to replace the NVR, but I emailed Sannce customer service and they immediately responded with information that allowed me to quickly and easily get my system operational again. Excellent customer support.

I have been using your product for a very long time for my customers and has been a great constant success. It’s very reliable and effective. The company is attentive to all support and needs. I just wish the shipping was a little faster.

Product was simple to install and set up except for set up to watch on a PC. One email to support led to a swift response and resolution. The DVR is used in a business so the speed and resolution were very important to me.

Ich hatte direkt über den Hersteller Sannce.de einen PoE NVR als NEUWARE bestellt. Erhalten habe ich ein offensichtlich geöffneten Karton mit fehlendem Netzteil. Somit war das Gerät schonmal grundsätzlich unbrauchbar.
Die Reklamation meinerseits hat unmittelbar stattgefunden. Leider ist diese bis heute unbeantwortet geblieben. Etliche weitere Kontaktanfragen über alle nur möglichen Wege, blieben bis heute ebenfalls unbeantwortet. Solch ein schlechter Kundensupport ist mir bisher noch nie untergekommen!
Schlussendlich blieb mir leider nichts weiter übrig, als ein Käuferschutzfall bei PayPal zu eröffnen, um mein Geld zurückzufordern. Ironischerweise hat der Verkäufer, PayPal wohl der Rückerstattung zugestimmt. Eine kurze Antwort auf meine unzähligen E-Mail-Anfragen (unterschiedliche Empfänger-Adressen) war aber scheinbar nicht möglich.
Schlussendlich muss ich nun den Rückversand selbst tragen, da PayPal sich verständlicherweise nicht in der Vermittlerrolle sieht und kein Rücksendeetikett vom Verkäufer anfordern möchte.
Sprich, ich trage die Kosten für ein Versand, welcher von mir nicht verschuldet ist, damit ich die Nachweise bei PayPal für die Rückerstattung einreichen kann. Diese Masche ist eine rießen Frechheit von diesem Verkäufer und ich kann jedem nur abraten, ein Produkt dieses Herstellers zu kaufen.

Habe einen Videorecorder für die Nutzung mit 8 Kameras bestellt. Beim Anschluss stellte ich fest, es ist keine Festplatte enthalten, so dass es sich gar nicht um ein Gerät mig aufnahmefunktion handelt.
Extrem schlechter Support im Anschluss. Leider war Paypal schon abgelaufen, so dass keine Rückgabe mehr möglich war. Meine negative Bewertung wurde entfernt. Nicht zu empfehlen!
