No baby seat and bad driving
We had requested a baby seat for our transfer. When we arrived, the driver only had a booster
He told us it would take 40 mín to get a seat, so we had to wait. 1h30min later, he came back. Again work the wrong seat.
We had to take the ride.
He drove unsafely and lost control in one turn, almost hitting another cars.
No discount offered or anything for the troubles.

Le doy dos estrellas solo porque el conductor que vino después fue amable, pero el resto dejó que desear, llegó con más de una hora de retraso y al llamar al centro me atendieron mal, me colgaron y me dijeron que me devolverían el dinero sin siquiera intentar solucionar mi problema porque el primer conductor había dormido demasiado, pero felicidades al segundo conductor (Juan).

Excellent service, friendly drivers, our flight was delayed by almost 4 hours, easily contacted via WhatsApp, pleasant journey to Salou, they even allowed us to amend our return time (for a small admin fee) so we could sightsee in Barcelona. Thank you
