I have struggled with addiction for many years and after numerous Dr appointments I never got any help. As soon as I spoke to Sanctum they advised me the addictions run in line with ADHD and they quickly diagnosed me. Over the six months they monitored my medication and changed my life completely as all my cross addictions have stopped and my head has finally slowed down. I am so grateful for all their help and support

I have recently been given a diagnosis of ADHD by Dr Raffi. I finally feel a sense of understanding for the struggles I have had my entire life. I wish I did this earlier, but the whole process seemed to overwhelming. I was supported with the process through the lovely staff in the office, in particular Sam was lovely, she could tell how difficult I was finding the process and helped me all the way through. This is a life changing thing.

Claim to be advocates for diversity and improvement, but can’t even do that for their own staff. Shame the minimum is one star, it deserves less. Don’t use a hypocritical company like this one

My experience has been nothing short of amazing, completely life changing. Myself and my 7 year old son have been assessed and treated and now receiving medication through shared care with our GP.
I HIGHLY recommend Sanctum to anybody that will listen.
This is the first time I have left a review because the negative ones feel very unfair and in, absolutely no way, reflect our unbelievably positive experience.

I feel loathe to even award one star.
Sanctum seem to be completely incompetent regarding their treatment of staff, and have a total lack of organisation within the company.

Was seen by 2 members of the team and was very impressed with the process and detail involved. The report and explanations were 64 pages long. I was not expecting such quality

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.

I recently worked at Sanctum Healthcare and unfortunately found the overall organisation and communication to be extremely poor. From the outset, onboarding lacked structure, with very limited training or clarity around the role, expectations or internal processes.

During my time there, I experienced ongoing confusion around responsibilities and a general lack of direction, which made it difficult to carry out the role effectively. I also observed internal communication taking place via WhatsApp on personal devices, including discussions relating to clients and their personal data which did not feel in line with the level of data protection and professionalism I would expect within a healthcare setting. The way that clients were spoken about in the office was also derogatory and unprofessional.

There were also instances where administrative errors and miscommunication impacted processes such as prescriptions and timelines, which has the potential to affect patients directly and I personally saw this happen multiple times.

Following my resignation, the handling of my final pay and payslip has been particularly disappointing. My pay situation remains ongoing, with no clear breakdown provided and no acknowledgment or apology for the way this has been handled. I did not receive a payslip until over three weeks after payment, despite this being a statutory requirement, and I have had to repeatedly chase for basic information.

I was also informed during the interview process that the role would include commission. During my time at the company I contributed to generating revenue, however this was never discussed further or reflected in my pay.

As someone with ADHD, I was initially very motivated to work within a clinic supporting neurodiverse individuals, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. Clear communication, structure and professionalism are essential in this space, and unfortunately this was not reflected in my experience.

I hope the company takes steps to improve both its internal processes and the way it supports both staff and clients going forward.

I decided on Sanctum Healthcare for my ADHD assessment after listening to Dr Raffi on a podcast. Dr Raffi and his team have had a profoundly positive impact on both my personal life and my professional practice.
Since my diagnosis, I have not only implemented many of the insights and strategies Dr Raffi shared into my own daily life, but I have also found myself increasingly advocating for better ADHD awareness within my work as a mental health nurse. I have encouraged my colleagues in the community mental health team to listen to Dr Raffi on podcasts. I highly recommend Sanctum Healthcare to anyone who is thinking about having an ADHD assessment due to the excellent assessment process and post diagnosis care.

I was listened to, heard, treated with respect and patience. I was made no promises of a fix that will leave me feeling disappointed - as I have been so many times in the past.

Please think twice before using Sanctum health care!!

My experience has been absolutely awful. First impressions were good, but since my son’s face to face diagnosis the aftercare has been appalling. We were told by Dr Raffi that my son would be treated with Melatonin as a first step, we didn’t receive this but instead he was put on Medikenet.
When I tried to get an explanation, I was fobbed off with no apology!
Over a week later after paying £200 subscription and £67 for the medication, nothing had been delivered, no communication from Sanctum, not answering the phone or calling me back after messages were left. Emails go unanswered for days.
It is extremely unprofessional, the lack of after care and support is shocking. They are happy to take the money, but then don’t follow through with their plan.
I don’t want anyone else to waste their money on this clinic. Please reconsider your options and go elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling. Waited 2 months to have an assessment (website says next day appointments) and was then told up to 4 weeks for the report. Now less than 24 hours before the 4 weeks are up and still no report. Just called and they can't say when I will receive it. The NHS has provided a full service in the meantime. Look at the cqc report - requires improvement. Also said if I take them to the small claims court I wouldn't have a leg to stand on

I can’t thank Dr Raffi and the team at Sanctum enough for everything they have done. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for an assessment to choose this company. They take such a person centred approach and I truly felt like they cared about my daughter.

One person (aswell as Dr Raffi) that I would like to say a bigger thank you too is Ali. Right from my first phone call to Sanctum when I was upset, wondering if I was doing the right thing for my daughter, Ali listened to me. I never felt like she was rushing me off the phone and I felt heard and listened to. She gave me advice about how to approach my daughter about the assessment. When the assessment day came my daughter was in the middle of a full blown meltdown, so I left her in the car while I went to speak to staff for advice. Ali opened the door to me with a massive smile and I instantly relaxed. Again she listened to me and spoke about my concerns. We agreed to wait in the car so my daughter felt safe. When Dr Raffi called us Ali came out to the car to get us and she made a special effort to speak to my daughter and reassure her, she kept her calm all the way until the clinic. So I am eternally grateful for her.

I do not have one bad word to say about this company, their staff or their care. I will be looking to use them again in the near future for myself and my son too. Thank you Sanctum.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Sanctum. My experience was deeply disappointing. The initial assessment process was quick and efficient, which gave a good first impression. However, over time, serious issues emerged. Communication became inconsistent, interactions often felt unprofessional, and my concerns were repeatedly dismissed rather than addressed.

I raised a formal complaint after numerous attempts to resolve matters amicably with the staff involved but to my disappointment this only compounded the problem. The handling was defensive and dismissive, leaving me feeling unsafe and unheard. Despite giving Sanctum multiple opportunities to repair the situation, each interaction seemed to erode trust further.

I eventually made the difficult decision to leave mid-titration because I no longer felt safe in their care. This meant starting again with a new provider and undergoing reassessment, which was both costly and highly stressful. Thankfully, my new psychiatrist has been professional, responsive and aligned with values of integrity and care — a stark contrast to my experience with Sanctum.

I would urge anyone considering private ADHD assessment to research providers carefully before committing, including checking their registration and inspection status with the CQC. I wish I had done this sooner, as it would have spared me considerable distress. All my evidence has now been submitted to the CQC, much of it in writing, which I find shocking given the conduct of a supposedly professional organisation. I will however mention that Rachel, who I believe does the admin, was always lovely, efficient and professional.

Awful experience to date. After securing a diagnosis for my son, reached out to Sanctum for their ADHD Treatment Plan. Introductory meeting was good, they set expectations regarding checkups and medication plans.

Since then we’ve had sessions cancelled last minute and rebooked weeks later. We have to notify them when medication is required, even though it’s set intervals and we’re paying £200 a month for the plan itself. Second consecutive month the medication has ran out and no one available to notify us on the status. Unsure whether the dosage is correct, but unable to sit down and discuss further course of action. Never answer the phone or respond to voicemails, wait weeks for a response to emails. Happy to take payment for your monthly subscription, but seem incapable of delivering on the service.

Genuinely feel the next step is to raise concerns with the Care Quality Commission. At the centre of this is a child coming to terms with a recent diagnosis, managing change, new routine and medications. I don’t expect to then have to explain why their medication isn’t coming and see the frustrations when they know they’re going to have a rough day at school. Regardless of how much someone has to pay for a private service, if you want to call yourself an expert you need to have the integrity to act like one.

I can’t recommend Sanctum Healthcare highly enough. I’ve been in the process of arranging ASD and ADHD assessments, and while I’m still waiting for the full assessments to take place, I have to say the support I’ve received so far has been outstanding.

Rachel and Bella in particular have been absolutely brilliant. They were so helpful in securing me an appointment, explaining everything clearly, and guiding me through each step of the process. Their patience, professionalism, and kindness really made a big difference at a time when things felt overwhelming.

I had spoken with other providers before, but the level of support and reassurance I’ve received from Sanctum Healthcare—especially from Rachel and Bella—has been second to none. Truly an excellent service.

The words that sum up sanctum are amazing, my child was going through crisis and my niece told me about this amazing place. From the first chat with Dr Raffi, to the online support from Georgia who let my child know she will be ok and that she is supported, all the clinicians are amazing, thank you xxx
