So 3 weeks in on the BP 157 and TB500 and after having severe knee pain due to osteoarthritis from years of training and running the difference is quite profound. No pain when I wake, reduced pain and inflammation and moving fluidly. In turn this is allowing me to train my legs again which will help the ongoing issue. It’s not going to cure it but the improvement is remarkable. Plus I trust the company and product .

Due to and injury and over doing the running mileage. I had gastrocnemius release and plantar fascia release (cut calf tendon and cut plantar tendon to lengthen out). I started taking the BPC 157 extreme a week before the operation on 22/09/25 and have been taking since.
I am already out of the supportive airstep boot and off crutches and the healing rate feels incredible.
I am sure this product is going to support my overall health when I am back up to full speed and will, no doubt be keeping this product in my daily supplements.
