Customer Service - Excellent

I was having trouble getting my customer service needs addressed regarding a product issue with the main manufacture of I product I recently purchased from Samtechonline... after getting the run around I decided to reach out to Samtechonline thinking - why not I purchased this product through them... they immediately responded and addressed my needs and fixed the issue!

Samtech to the rescue

I have been building my own powercords for some time now. I had recently ordered some Furutech cable from another company (Samtechonline was unknown to me at the time) and I had several issues with the order. I needed some more Furutech cable recently and this time I let me fingers do some searching for me. I fortunately found Samtechonline and they had just what I needed. In fact, they have a lot of what I need (and want). I placed my order and within two days the cable arrived, well packed and free (the shipping, not the cable..darn)
I will be going back to get more items from Samtechonline in the not too distant future. I highly recommend them. They have an excellent product line and their prices are true and accurate, not inflated as I have found at some other online stores. Consider me a very satisfied customer!

Great customer service communication

Samtech offers great prices on hard to find audiophile equipment, like Furutech and April Music. Samtech has the widest selection of Furutech products I have seen. I specifically was buying a furutech ADL headphone cable, which is hard to find other than importing from Japan at high prices. There was a delay in getting the cable, but because of the great communication by there service department, and an offer to send me an earlier version of the cable I was happy to wait. Samtech offers great prices and great selection with great service. I will be using them again for any of my headphone needs.

Praise from a Repeat Customer

This business is honest, reliable and conscientious. Emails are answered promptly and great care is taken as far as packing and shipping. I'm very pleased with my purchase as well as the speed I received the merchandise with.
