The engineer arrived early and got the whole thing done in under an hour. Really friendly guy and my phone is back to perfect condition.

David was excellent. I gave him my tablet with a smashed display and in an hour he gave me back the device as if nothing had been wrong with it. He did all the tests and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended.

So my tablet wasn't repaired having spent £159. I had selected lite for the s6 rather than just the s6 (couldn't turn it on so wasn't sure), they guy said couldn't fix it (surely you have more than one part on your van) and someone would get in touch. But if they didn't to email.

This is almost double the price of someone locally, i thought going to a reputable provider would be better.

No one did get in touch and no one has responded to my email..

I also had a terrible experience with my laptop. Despite paying top insurance, they tried to charge me £800, it took over two weeks to agree and a lot of emails and time for them to fix under the warranty.

The service i have received for both, actually puts me off Samsung.

I sent my Samsung ZFold6 to Samsung authorized repair service, it Samsung Care+. My battery needed to be replaced do to an ongoing overheating error. Samsungarranged the shipping through UPS, the UPS agent verified the condition, and forwarded the phone to Samsung. 5 days later, I was notified by email that my $135 repair cost of replacing the battery was now over $1000 to replace the screen, the motherboard, and the battery. I denied the increased estimate and they returned my phone with a broken screen and in non-working condition. Basically, they destroyed it and sent it back. No apology, no excuse, no replacement, nothing. I have reported this via their text service and am awaiting their response.

1 oortje van mijn buds fe deed het niet meer. Dag 1 aangemeld. Dag 2 opgehaald. Dag 3 gerepareerd en Dag 4 weer terug bezorgd. Ondertussen steeds de status gecommuniceerd.

Came earlier as requested. Was efficient. Gave good advice. Would have liked a freebie but was very happy with service overall.

Excellent service from David. He was very punctual, polite and courteous of my situation dealing with a two year old toddler. He explained clearly what he was going to do and how long be was going to be. Very friendly person and easy to communicate with.

paid £219 to get my screen fixed, guy turned up and decided he was going to fix extra things (that didn't need fixed) and left after refusing to fix my screen and charged me £59 call out charge. scam of a company

Great communication, the repair dude was fast, polite and friendly

The Z flip 5 was in perfect condition with just the screen protector lifting where the screen bends (a common flaw with flip phones)
Took it in for the screen protector change and they said it should be carried out under warranty as the phone was under two years old.
Three hours later, we went back to collect and it was unrepaired and they said the protector had damaged the edges of the actual screen so would come under damage, so they wanted £300 to replace it.
They obviously damaged the screen whilst attempting to lift the screen protector, lifting the edges and blamed it on us.
Phone is now useless and now having to buy a new phone.

Dopo settimane dalla segnalazione dí un guasto non mi hanno ancora fissato appuntamento per effettuare là riparazione! Terribile continuano a rispondermi che hanno segnalato anche il mio reclamo, ma nulla è cambiato!!!

Entregado el teléfono en un punto de entrega de GLS para su reparación con samsung repair el 7 de enero, todo fue bien los primeros dias, llegó al servicio técnico en 2 dias (SAT a menos de 10 km de mi domicilio) y se reparó en un día. A partir de ahí, en la web samsung se indica que se había enviado el martes 13 de vuelta y no tenía ni número de seguimiento ni ninguna información (Samsung solo me indicaba que el seguimiento era el mismo que el seguimiento al servicio tecnico al llamarles por telefono). Tras varias llamadas a Samsung y a GLS, hablo con el Sat que había arreglado el teléfono y ellos me indican que efectivamente entregaron el teléfono a GLS y que a partir de ahi ellos no tienen mas info. Tras 6 días con el teléfono desaparecido y no se cuantas llamadas, me llaman de Samsung diciéndome que el teléfono se me entregará al día siguiente (Martes 20 enero). Para seguir con las sorpresas, el teléfono al día siguiente aparece como entregado en el seguimiento de Gls y no habia habido ninguna entrega, tampoco podia conocer de ninguna manera donde se supone que lo habian entregado y ni Samsung ni GLS me daban información. Tras varias llamadas a Samsung y a GLS, con la ayuda de GLS me indican que lo han marcado entregado por error y finalmente lo entregan el jueves 22 enero.

En resumidas cuentas: 15 dias para arreglar un teléfono en un servicio técnico que está a menos de 10 km de mi domicilio. Unas 15-20 llamadas entre GLS, Samsung y el SAT para encontrar un teléfono que en volver del SAT tardó 9 dias, se perdió primero y después se marcó como entregado y era mentira. Todo eso sin contar que para una entrega de un teléfono de un precio considerable, ni siquiera te llamen por teléfono para intentar concertar la entrega o se certifique que el teléfono se entrega a su dueño.

Despite 6 phone calls,a mountain of platitudes and numerous 'the repair man will contact you when he gets to your case I am still sitting 8 days later with no repairman,no washing machine for a house with 6 people in it and a n ever-growing bill for using outside washing machines. Absolute rubbish service.NEVER BUT SAMSUNG!!!

They lost my phone, when they found it, the broke the screen. It took them 6 weeks to fix the S25 phone and charged $189 under warranty.

Avoid a Samsung appliances at all costs! Appalling repair service where communication is poor and refuse to repair appliance under extended warranty. Never again!

Disgusting service from Samsung. Wanted to simply exchange TV for larger size. Delivered TV was not even taken from the box. £50 return fee, arrogant customer service staff. Never buy from this company.

The Engineer arrived, took the phone and did a great job. I had some things I was curious about and asked as he handed back my phone. He gave me the information I wanted, he knew his stuff, and then left.
