Having read the reviews on this forum I contacted SamFire memorials to see if a bespoke piece could be made. And they didn't disappoint. Communication was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. They asked for my ideas but
Unfortunately the design I wanted was not possible. So I opted to purchase stock items. I was kept informed of my order from start to finish. Regular emails from SamFire made that personal touch. When I received the items it brought a tear to my eye. The designs were in lovely presentation boxes, personal message accompanied them and an unexpected gift of a keepsake heart with my loved ones ashes was also included ❤️ . I would recommend SamFire memorials to anyone looking to encompass a loved ones ashes into a wearable keepsake.

Good communication with Sam from initial contact to receiving the end product. The item order is exactly as required and is first class. I would highly recommend Sam for any memorial memento you may require. Basically a good old fashioned service from start to finish.

Brilliant from start to finish . Had an email as soon as the ashes were recieved then the product was sent out soon after .Came in a beautiful thoughtful gift box with a certificate. Would highly recommend .

We found Samfire Memorials by chance but are so pleased we did. From the moment we placed our order to receiving our beautiful items everything was done with the highest standards of care and thought. We were updated at every stage from confirming receipt of the ashes. We ordered a ladies ring, mens signet ring and a keyring. They arrived by recorded mail and were beautifully presented in individual boxes, with gift hearts, the return of the unused ashes, kind notes and instructions on how to look after our items. We are really pleased with the quality and how they are even more stunning in person than shown on the website. We can't thank Sam enough for the care and compassion throughout and will order more items in the future to keep our boy close to us always.
