I purchased several meditation cushions from Samarali on December 8, 2025, and January 11, 2026, including a zafu and zabuton set, as well as different individual cushions (round, lotus, and half-moon shapes). Overall, I’m genuinely impressed.

The product quality is superb. The materials feel durable, well-crafted, and clearly designed with long-term use in mind. These are not low-effort, mass-produced items, but thoughtfully made products.

One feature I particularly appreciate is that the filling can be easily adjusted. If you want to customize your sitting height or firmness, you can simply remove some of the filling. This makes a real difference in comfort and allows you to tailor the cushion exactly to your needs.

The customer service also stands out. Communication felt personal, friendly, and attentive throughout the process. It never came across as automated or purely transactional.

What really sets this company apart is that you can feel they genuinely care about their customers. There is a human touch in both the product and the service that is often missing elsewhere.

All in all, a very positive experience and products I can confidently recommend.
