I bought the CBD 25% for pain management, as I have chronical issues. It definitely takes the edge off the pain, and it helps me rest better, as it relaxes my muscles and allows my body to heal. I've always been a light sleeper but in recent years I developed sleeping problems to the point of managing 3 hours and then being awake all night. Then with all the upheaval of 2020 I became a virtual insomniac and could go a week with less than 25 hours sleep.
