I simply can’t live without this magnesium oil! I’ve had restless legs for decades & never found anything that worked for me. But a few quick sprays on my lower back & sometimes on the legs & I’m ready for a good night’s sleep 😴 An absolute must have!

This doesn't work. My husband and I have both tried it and there was no sleep improvement or any of the other benefits advertised. High price with no reward sadly. Would def not buy again or recommend.

Quality product
Absolutely love this product. My son is such a rough sleeper. I constantly hear him banging against the wall in his sleep. Since I have been using this product on him he's sleeping so much better with less tossing and turning and he's waking alot more refreshed than he used to.
I also suffer from restless legs which this product has helped with immensely.
If I could make one suggestion it would be to improve the squirter bottle it comes in. The squirter (for lack of a better term) broke quite quickly on our first bottle so we ordered more to get a new one.
Otherwise it's an amazing product and has improved the whole households sleep particularly our rough sleeper!

I love how quickly it helps me fall asleep. I’ve had sleep issues for years. The only drawback is it makes my feet extremely dry.

As for the dryness on your feet, this can sometimes happen, especially if the skin is already a bit dry. We recommend trying a couple of things:
Give your feet some time to heal by applying the magnesium oil to another area, such as your stomach, for a few weeks. This will allow your feet to get some much-needed hydration while still experiencing the benefits of the oil.
If you continue to use it on your feet, we suggest allowing about 10 minutes for the oil to absorb before applying a moisturiser to help lock in moisture.
Additionally, you might enjoy using our Magnesium Muscle Repair Cream on the soles of your feet, as it has added ingredients specifically for hydration, which could help balance out the drying effect you are personally experiencing.

I love it
I love it! I use the spray every night without fail. Its really helped me with sore or tense neck and shoulders. I rub two sprays on each shoulder and my neck and two on my tummy.

I got the kids magnesium oil for my 5…
I got the kids magnesium oil for my 5 year old. And I was blown away with the results of her sleep, teeth grinding, bad dreams and moods. She 99% of the time will sleep all night. I’m very very happy with this. I made another order for another kids oil and one for me too. We both love it!

Holy Moley... I've been using this for months now, and I can tell a noticeable difference in the quality of my sleep when I don't use it. I spray it on the soles of my feet, let it dry and get under the covers. Works like magic. The only drawback is that my hands feel dry after I apply it on my feet. But it's worth it.

Honestly, this is just a great product. Received my bottle and couldn't wait to try and I'm so happy I did. My sleep has been horrendous for the last 6 months.... I did not wake up once this week. Thank you so so much...you have added such value to my sleep I can't thank you enough.

I'm not one for being suckered into…
I'm not one for being suckered into these 'magic' products... BUT Salt Lab has been life changing for our entire family.. We have really found the cream to be our favourite. The most effect its had on us would be for my son's growing pains, my neck pain & restless arms & our overall sleep has improved!

Wish it worked
After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to purchase as I have had sleep issues for decades. I have tried 6 different sleep medications without success so wanted to try something natural. Was desperate for it to help BUT it has not done a thing for my sleep. Perhaps those people who have had success with helping their sleep only have minor issues and not diagnosed insomnia like me. Oh well, worth a shot I guess.
