Friendly and efficient service
I ordered a product online and chose ‘Click and Collect’. I soon received an email letting me know that the product was ready, and to phone when I’d arrived to pick it up. (We were in lockdown at the time). I parked in the car park, rang the number, and a member of staff promptly brought the product out to me. She was really cheerful and obliging. The service was fantastic, faultless. Thankyou!

Great but no carry handles?
Great comfy chair but photos on website don’t seem to be correct, as there are no handles on the sides of the seat for carrying upright. Instead, there is a shoulder strap for carrying it horizontally.
