We are disappointed that you have provided this review Nita as we feel it is unfair considering we shipped your order the same day we received it. We have provided complete tracking details and updates that Australia Post has had delays due to limited flights which has caused a slower than usual delivery turnaround, something that is totally out of our control. Again, we thank you for your patience and understanding on something that is completely out of control.

Thanks for your feedback Emmy. We do try and keep our postage costs as low as possible but these costs are constantly rising from the carriers. There are always options to buy in-store or utilize click and collect which eliminates postage costs too also.
