Llevaba muchos años buscando la persona correcta para operarme y quien me transmitiera toda la seguridad y confianza que necesitaba! Tuve la oportunidad de conocer al Dr en Madrid en octubre y no dude un segundo en elegirlo y organizar mi viaje! Me operé el 24 de diciembre con el .Sólo puedo decir que en mejores manos no pude caer ! Tanto el cómo cirujano y su gran equipo que simplemente es maravilloso 🙏 te hacen sentir como en familia! Viaje sola sin miedo ,positiva y no me equivoqué El Dr un señor profesional que solo transmite paz y seguridad, Mehmet y Kübra estuvieron siempre pendientes de mi con tanto amor y dulzura! Ich habe mir jahrelang vorgenommen, eine Schönheitsoperation machen zu lassen, hatte jedoch in Österreich nie ein wirklich gutes Gefühl dabei. Anfang dieses Jahres begann ich außerdem, ständig eine verstopfte Nase zu haben, wodurch ich sogar abhängig von Nasenspray wurde. Da mir meine Atmung sehr wichtig war, vereinbarte ich hier einen Termin – allerdings mit fast einem Jahr Wartezeit, was mir persönlich einfach zu lange war.
Dann erzählte mir eine Freundin von Dr. Salih Aydin, der nicht nur auf ästhetische Nasenoperationen spezialisiert ist, sondern auch ein erfahrener HNO-Arzt ist und großen Wert darauf legt, dass man nach der OP wieder gut Luft bekommt. Besonders geschätzt habe ich, dass Dr. Aydin gemeinsam mit seinem Assistenten nach Österreich, genauer gesagt nach Linz, gekommen ist und ich direkt einen Termin wahrnehmen konnte.
Schon beim ersten Treffen haben mir sowohl der Arzt als auch sein Assistent ein sehr gutes und sicheres Gefühl gegeben, sodass ich mich sofort für einen OP-Termin entschieden habe. Und ich kann ehrlich sagen: Es war die beste Entscheidung, die ich treffen konnte.
Die Betreuung durch den Assistenten Mehmet war einfach großartig. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, alles genau zu erklären, auch mehrmals, wenn man unsicher war, und den gesamten Ablauf verständlich erläutert. Dadurch hatte ich keinerlei Angst und fühlte mich rundum gut informiert und betreut.
Auch Dr. Salih Aydin selbst war sehr professionell, einfühlsam und kompetent. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich mehr als zufrieden – sowohl optisch als auch funktional. Ich kann Dr. Salih Aydin wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Eine Nasen OP hatte ich schon längere Zeit in Betracht gezogen! Jedoch war ich von den Ärzten in Österreich nicht begeistert! Da es bei zwei Kollegen von mir zu Komplikationen gekommen ist! Ein Freund von mir hatte im Mai.2025 diesen Jahres eine OP bei Saliy Aydin die sehr erfolgreich war! Nach Rücksprache mit ihm, entschloss ich mich auch nach Istanbul zu fliegen und meine Nase korrigieren zu lassen! Funktionell und auch ästhetisch! Ich war vom ersten Tag an bestens aufgehoben, die Betreuung von Mehmet und Salih war sehr professionell und beruhigend! Einen Tag vor der OP wurde noch alles genaustens besprochen, wie und was genau bei der OP gemacht wird! Diese verlief bestens und das Ergebnis war schon ein paar Tage später ersichtlich und äußerst zufriedenstellend! Ich war dann noch eine Woche in Istanbul zur Kontrolle! 2,5 Monaten nach dem Eingriff kann ich sagen, ich bin begeistert von dem Können von Dr. Salih Aydin und würde es jeden weiter empfehlen der eine Nasen OP sich machen lassen möchte!

Viajé desde España hasta Estambul para operarme la nariz y no puedo estar más agradecida por la decisión. Desde el primer momento me transmitieron confianza, tranquilidad y muy buena vibra, algo fundamental cuando te planteas un viaje así.

Tanto el doctor como su asistente fueron increíblemente atentos, cercanos y profesionales. Se nota que saben perfectamente lo que hacen: todo fue rápido, eficaz y muy bien organizado, sin estrés ni incertidumbre en ningún momento. Más allá de la técnica, quiero destacar la humanidad con la que tratan al paciente: están pendientes de ti en todo momento y te hacen sentir acompañada y cuidada.

Yo viajé con mi padre, pero sinceramente, con el trato que recibí, podría haber ido sola y me habría sentido igual de segura y bien atendida. Eso dice mucho del equipo.

El hotel fue un 10, cómodo, limpio y perfecto para la recuperación, lo que hizo que toda la experiencia fuera aún más positiva.

Y por supuesto, el resultado me hizo muy feliz. Mirándome ahora, solo puedo pensar que ojalá lo hubiera hecho antes, porque si hubiera sabido que todo iba a ser tan fácil, tan bien llevado y con un resultado tan bonito, no lo habría dudado ni un segundo.

I had my rhinoplasty exactly one year ago, today is my nose's birthday! I wanted to share my experience with anyone who's willing to read. I found doctor Salih through online research and immediately I was drawn to him by his long time results, so after not a small amount of time and infinite questions to him and his assistant Sercan I decided to book with him. I took my flight from Italy in the evening and the day after I arrived I was picked up from the hotel to have my consultation and exams done to make sure I was ready for surgery. My nose had a big bump on it and the septum was badly deviated, those were my main concerns, I have to say that I was really afraid of ending up not recognizing myself after the surgery but doctor Salih made sure to really understand what I wanted and NOT wanted for my new nose. The surgery itself was pretty easy since I was simply sleeping, I woke up feeling super cold but apart from that my recovery was pretty straightforward, I didn't feel any pain, I was even able to breath through my nose and sleep comfortably, I then had the opportunity to visit the city and be a tourist until the cast removal day came. I immediately fell in love with my new nose, even though it was obviously swollen and from that day on I saw it getting prettier and prettier. The whole experience was great, I wish I could do it all over again, a special "thank you" to Mehmet, who made sure I had everything I needed during my time in Istanbul and to this day, Dr Salih and his team made my dream come true!

En dos días hago 10 meses y solo puedo decir GRACIAS, la confianza que transmite el Dr. Salih y Mehmet es inigualable, como se comunican y como te explican todo sin pegas, han hecho mi sueño realidad, porque no solo te guían si no que respetan lo que tú realmente quieres.

Solo agradecer a Mehmet , el asistente y mediador del Dr. Salih, por su acompañamiento en todo el proceso ya que yo fui sola a Estambul y el siempre estuvo disponible para todo. En cuanto a la cirugía todo salió perfecto ,aun estoy en mi mes 9 después de la operación , los resultados finales serán sobre el año y medio más o menos. Finalizar con que fue una experiencia muy positiva haberme puesto en las manos del Dr Salih y su equipo y sobretodo el cuidado y atención de Mehmet

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Salih and his team and felt supported from start to finish. We traveled to Istanbul with our one year old daughter, and Dr. Salih’s assistant Mehmet took care of us so thoughtfully. They treated us like family and made the entire trip feel smooth and stress free. My husband also had a great experience and felt equally well taken care of.
Dr. Salih is insightful, attentive, and detail focused. He listened closely and understood exactly what would suit my face. My nose turned out better than I expected and looks natural and balanced. Two weeks after surgery I attended a wedding and no one noticed I had any work done. People only commented on how good I looked.
The hotel accommodation was wonderful and comfortable, and the shuttle service made everything easy, especially while traveling with a baby. I always felt safe, cared for, and confident in my decision.
I chose Dr. Salih because my sister had her nose done by him with amazing results, and since my surgery other family members and friends have asked for his information for them to also get their rhinoplasty done and others for revision.
Do not get work done by someone else. Get it done right the first time and go to Dr. Salih.

Un magnífico cirujano. Me operé con el doctor Salih el pasado 29 de agosto y la verdad fue una experiencia inolvidable. Tenía problemas para respirar por la nariz y el doctor lo solucionó. Le pedí una nariz de aspecto natural y que no cambiase mucho y lo hizo a la perfección. También quiero dedicarle unas palabras a Mehmet, asistente del doctor Salih, y a todos el equipo. I had my rhinoplasty done three weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Prof. Dr. Salih Aydın and his assistant Mehmet were incredibly supportive, attentive, and reassuring. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and the outcome is everything I hoped for; natural, balanced, and completely in harmony with my features.
