Appalling after sales support. Royal Mail Tracking showed as delivered for one of our tests so as far as I’m concerned it was delivered - not this weak excuse of “ Royal Mail service seems to be stretched at this time” as a cop out for not refunding a test that we sent and never got the results for. I’m sorry but my contract is with you and not Royal Mail. If the tracking states delivered as far as I’m concerned it is, so a refund should be issued if it’s lost - does every consumer in the UK ring Royal Mail when something is lost from them and say “oh I hear your stretched, where is my parcel” I don’t think so !
From what I can see on here it’s very hit and miss so be very cautious and if you really want their advertised results of 24hrs. Send your test next day before 9am or you simply won’t get it on time if you don’t. Very poor overall and had their Director acknowledged my dissatisfaction for this issue and refund the test then I might have rated differently but it’s obvious from them they prefer to expect me to accept Royal Mail were at fault and basically deal with it.

Great experience. Good value compared to others and tests all delivered in time. I put the shortened version of my name down on the form by accident, so certificate came back on with that name which doesn't match my passport. I contacted customer service via their website and had a reply within 5 minutes with a new version of the certificate!

We paid for a day 2, day 5 and day 8 test to release. It was over £200 an extremely exesive amount of money but we bought it because it said 24 hour turn around and that if they receive it before 1pm you get same day results. Extremely disappointed. Don't buy. Did not get results in this time and still waiting. Emailed company, no reply. They manage to take the fee very quickly though. Might as well get a normal test because it would take the same time minus the 200 cost! Feeling robbed. False advertising. They also conveniently don't have a phone number to call.

It's been 48hours since I registered my test and sent it with Royal mail, envelope they provided. I've queried my test but 48 hours later they just don't respond and no test results.
They guarantee 24 hours but I find this to be false

I’ve bought a covid test (pcr day 2) to make sure I could go to work before as possible after the new travel restrictions.

I was hoping to get the result as soon as possible and I must say they have been very fast!

I took my test at 14:00 on the 2nd December, I’ve sent it to them with the Royal Mail return label provided and I got my result on the 3rd at 16:30.

Salient Bio - Truly excellent ‘no fuss’ company with both day 2 and day 5 results complete and communicated by 3:30pm same day with 9am arrival. (Big caution - it took Royal Mail ‘Tracked 24’ 5 days to deliver the day 5 release sample. Don’t use them.)

This company is great. A lot of these testing companies send you the results the next day but Salient sends it the same day as long as you drop it off before 1 pm. Would highly recommend them!

I work abroad so have had the pleasure of several day 2 and day 8 PCR tests through different companies. This Salient is the best I have used to date with a very quick turn around once they receive the test.
