I just finished the Sales Coaching Certified Masters program. Very well organized. The course offers a great collection of downloadable content to empower sales coaches to have some best-practice templates, scorecards, and guides. This course would be beneficial to any sales coach (experienced or just starting out). I highly recommend it.

Great resources the process needs looking at
The resources are really useful once you can access them. The amount of times you have to complete questionnaires and answer the same contact detail questions to progress is frustrating and unnecessary and casts a shadow over the actual content and learning resources

A Game-Changer for Building My Professional Community in NYC
Joining SEC has been one of the most valuable professional decisions I’ve made since relocating from Tel Aviv to New York. I first discovered the Sales Enablement Collective through their podcast, which led me to join their Slack community and attend the SEC Summit in NYC. Since then, it’s opened up a wealth of knowledge, career direction, and authentic connection that would have been hard to build on my own.
One of my standout moments was meeting someone at the SEC Summit whom I had only interacted with online. As a solo enabler, seeing a familiar face in a room full of professionals helped me feel like I truly belonged. It gave me the confidence to be present, participate deeply, and learn from peers shaping this magical and ever-evolving field of sales enablement.
The content at the summit—particularly the AI coaching sessions—was incredibly actionable and insightful. I still refer back to those takeaways. And beyond content, the organizers and community leaders (shoutout to Nzola and team!) created a welcoming, professional, and energizing atmosphere.
That said, the Slack can sometimes feel overwhelming—especially when content from other functions (like RevOps, Product, or HR) flood the feed. I'd love to see tighter curation or more structured threads so key enablement insights don’t get buried.
Today, thanks to SEC, I’ve built a growing network of both close and extended professional connections, and I’m eager to give back to the community. I’d highly recommend SEC to anyone in the enablement field—especially those looking to grow, find mentorship, or simply connect with others navigating similar challenges.

Too sales pitchy from vendors
The conference started off with way too many sales pitches from people selling their AI product platforms. We came to the conference to learn, not to be pitched a product. Those should have been optional sessions at the end or not at all, considering the same people had booths in the hall and were pushy to start conversations. Some of the sessions were good, but overall didn't leave with too many brilliant takeaways.
