Received product packed well and intact. The donabe looked beautiful . I haven’t cooked food in it yet, but I did season it and it held up well in the stove.

I wasn't sure about ordering this but it was so beautiful that I decided to give it a try. The instructions are in Japanese so many people will not be able to read those. However, if you take photos of each page of the instructions, Google translate can actually translate the text in those photos for you so that you can read the instructions in whichever language you need to. Just be sure to take screenshots of the translated text. Once I had a clear set of instructions that I could understand it was very easy to use. It makes perfect rice that turns out light and fluffy. And clean up is a breeze. It looks beautiful on my kitchen counter or stove. I feel like I have a piece of art that is also useful. Also this was shipped out within 24 hours of ordering. It was extremely well packaged and it arrived very quickly. Great item and wonderful seller. This was a great online shopping experience. Thank you.

Item received was exactly what it said it was. Well packaged and in perfect condition. I did go online to learn about how to properly condition the pot before first use as the instruction pamphlet is in (I think!) Japanese. Although they gave a two week delivery estimate, it arrived well before that. Thank you!

I tried three times to order different sets and always come back with a refund because they have nothing available. I would recommend having a more up-to-date and accurate online. Presents to say what’s out of stock and what’s not.
