I have ordered one of the boxing games. 15th December for a Christmas present.
I have recieved no email. No confirmation of goods , however the money has gone out. I have emailed numours times...
Not one word from this company. Luckily paid through PayPal. Now will start for a refund.

Ordered th Sakerplus® Fitness Boxing Training Machine on the 5th December. Emailed received confirming they have taken payment and an order number. Nothing has been received and no emails advising of dispatch or tracking number. Sent numerous emails and had one standard reply saying they were low on stock and that's it. They don't reply to emails just send the same standard response. I am contacting my bank to get the payment refunded. Think they are scamming people - avoid at all costs. This was a christmas present so really disappointing and upsetting 😡

Worst company I have ever dealt with .Quick to take your money . Never received anything . No answers when trying to get in touch . Do not buy off this scam company .

Quick to take payment but no goods were sent out . They ignored my emails asking politely when my goods were to be sent to me . After waiting and getting no answer, contacted PayPal and they sorted it very quickly. It would appear that they had no intention of sending them out to me . Very annoyed, disappointed but thankfully the company were forced to refund. Scam company!

I ordered something on the 26th of November still haven’t received any emails about my purchase and I’ve emailed them and they sent back an email that said they needed my order number which I did NOT receive

Purchased the Santa Claus Door Sticker and came nothing like the advertisement -complete junk! Beware when you purchase from this site. Don't know how they make their ads look so good but it is not what you receive!

Never received product and was taken/paid from pay pal account. No return communication at all...scam!

The Product advertised is not what is sent or ordered. Beautiful add with packaging that presents beautifully. But what you get is put into a crappy crushed box without accessories. Could never give as a gift to anyone. Waste of money. Rotten company.

I bought the folding canvas stool - there was nothing wrong with it except it was so low that I couldn’t get down to sit on it and I certainly couldn’t get up. It appeals to someone who was older and might want to use it to rest on a hike but not if you can’t get down or up

I ordered a battery pressure washer from saker plus all add videos showed it came with two batteries and a hard plastic case the item I received was in a cardboard box and 1 battery. I tried the pressure washer and it did not pump water so I sent a e-mail to sakerplus and they said they would look into my complaint. after no response i sent another e-mail they responded that they had too many orders to look into mine we e-mailed a few times and i tried several times to get the pressure washer to work but it would not work finally they wanted me to send them a video. their product is no good. I ordered a balance platform by mistake and cancelled 10 minutes after. Received a auto response offering 5% discount if I kept item. Response was "Please cancel order" Next day I get a noticed it was shipped. As others have stated this company is a scam and I reported them to my credit card company. Lesson learned.

I ordered and eventually received a sakerplus voice amplifier wireless. The device’s instructions are in Chinese only. I managed to set it up but the quality of sound is appalling. I have now sent several requests for information on how to return the item and claim my full refund. At first I got an automated email requesting photos and the reason for refund request (I’d already told them why I was unhappy with the amplifier); nevertheless I sent an email repeating the reason for the refund request and included photos. I then got the same automated reply requesting reason and photos. I sent these out again. And so on and so on…
I still haven’t received a refund or any information on how I can return the item.

Ordered a drone from this company and waited 5 weeks and no delivery. On corresponding with them via txt message several times we were told the item had been lost in transit. I think they had just sold out of stock. I would definitely not recommend saker although they have promised a quick refund. We'll see.

I ordered ONE sink stopper for $12.99 and was IMMEDIATELY charged for 4 on my PayPal account. Contacted them immediately to cancel, they shipped it and never responded. Now I have a fight on my hands.
FOLLOW-UP: They did respond and made it right; credited my account for three stoppers and shipped one. Thank you, Sakerplus!!

I bought the power washer. Very bad quality. No pressure. Trying to return, but I’m not even a response from emails. Do not waste your money. It not what you expect and they don’t do RETURNS!!!

Ordered electric nail clippers, product arrived & worked but will not recharge & I have contacted them 4 times but NO REPLY.
Terrible customer service.

Cordless Power Washer.....is a joke and unsafe to even use as there are no proper UL, etc markings on the lithium battery & charger, no warranty card & vague instructions and total exaggerations of the product.Uses the same logo of a legit company. FB doesn't vet these companies!!!

Ordered solar bug zapper. Poor response from customer service after taking $129 for product. I told them to cancel a number of times but they would not respond to email except to say they received my email. I received cheap product and there are absolutely no instructions on how to put it together except in Chinese. Customer service is horrible and these people don’t care because they are around the world and not stateside. They can get away with their poorly made and designed products.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service! I ordered the Steel Head Brush Trimmer - the product itself is great. Their ad says that it fits all trimmers. Of course it didn't - I ordered two different trimmers. I contacted them 3 times via email asking what trimmers it will work with - and no one responds. They have so many great products that I would love to try, but will never buy anything from them again because their Customer Service is so terrible!

I ordered the 360 ° dash camera. I received only part of it. I contacted them about the incomplete order, but they refused to refund me or send another camera. They told me that they will give me only 30% of the price that I paid. Bad company! I don't recommend it to anyone! 😔
