After posting a negative review of this…

After posting a negative review of this dishonest company using a UK web address but likely operating from China
They were quick to respond apologizing and offering to investigate.They were also quick to add the progress of the tracking .
But that soon disappeared the following day and now it's not showing anything
Basically they've removed all tracking info.
There is also no indication of who the carrier is that they are using.
This company is a Fraud

excellent service would highly recommend

ordered the solar outdoor lights 3 head from sakerplusuk . co .uk and took 12 days to be delivered which is understandable coming from overseas, the tracking by 17track was spot on with the item being delivered to my door.

Have tested the light and these are absolutely amazing light so would highly recommend and advise anyone not to judge this company by the negative reviews on here.

Steam cleaner faulty after one use

False Tracking and Delivery Scam

Order tracking showed items bouncing around multiple U.S. cities for over a month, then suddenly showed that the item was picked up at the Post office. Customer service said they were refusing the order, but it never happened. PayPal refused to refund also due to their false tracking information.

I ordered a lint and hair collector for the washer. The ad said free shipping. They charged me $5.99 for shipping and $1.99 for insurance. I couldn’t contact them by phone and all they said was to email “ Cancel” . Terrible customer service using AI and email. I will never order anything from them again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Saker totally useless. Need to read their reviews. 1.5 rating. My experience not an isolated case. You have MANY unhappy customers who will not buy again. Poor excuse for total lack of professional treatment.

If there was a 0 rating, that is what I would give this company. They are totally useless with communicating to their customers. Their customer service is nonexistent. They rely exclusively an AI generated responses, which tell you nothing. I have waited 9 days for an answer from them regarding the incorrect product I received . And I am still waiting.

Unfortunately, I also bought their Bluetooth under the pillow speaker. It has been delivered without the charge cable, which means it’s totally useless as it can’t be recharged. I have sent them now three emails regarding this mess and still waiting for a reply. Never again will I buy from this company stay away from them at all costs

stay away from these guys

If there was an option to provide a NEGATIVE number of stars I would give this place NEGATIVE 5.
Twice I ordered and paid, twice nothing arrived and twice I have not yet been refunded. Yes I would agree, shame on me for trying twice, but I really wanted the product and gave them the benefit of the doubt. As it turns out the pursuit of a refund cost me more in time than the actual money so screw it,.... but PLEASE save yourself the cost and stress of being ripped off. Do not make my mistake and please stay away from this firm. I should have read the other reviews first. Seems like I am not the only one who never received product nor a refund.

Unable to give a zero...

Unable to give a zero - which is all they've sadly earned so far. I purchased and paid (via PayPal). The money was taken on 24th January, but I've had no acknowledgement or update regarding my order (it is now 6th February).
The 'tracking' link is a fake - and just a dead end. Now I have to raise the issue with PayPal. I will never again trust an advert from Instagram, Facebook, et al.
UPDATE: Finally received - Item appears Ok.
*Apologies to the company I'd thought managed the purchase and delivery. I can't find the correct offender, so will hopefully manage to delete the linked review.

Do not buy this under any circumstances

These reviews are correct, do not buy this camera under any circumstances. From ordering yet to operating it, it’s a complete fail.

In my case, I ordered this camera online before seeing the negative reviews. 10 minutes after ordering, I canceled the order and expected a full refund because that was listed in the offering. I did not get a response for a few days until I reached out on both, Instagram and Facebook messenger. Only then was customer service responsive. However, they told me they could not stop the order and that they would credit me for half of the purchase. I informed them that this was unacceptable because that’s not what was stated on the offering. They then said I could ship it back as long as I paid for shipping and I would get credited. I informed them this also was not acceptable.

They finally credited the entire amount back to my credit card after the camera had arrived. I attempted to use the camera and found like many people that the battery would not hold a charge for more than three minutes. It is also extremely difficult to use and the instructions are useless. This is a complete waste of money and time. Period.
