Saints & Slimmers 

The plan works great , food tastes great and is easy enough to manage. Recently however I ordered some more packs well in advance of running out ( nearly 2 weeks ahead ) however due to S&S not having orange water flavouring my order was held. They did call to tell me this, I explained that I needed the food so could they please send it and the forward to water flavouring when it was available. They agreed to this. So I waited the up to 5 days I should for delivery of my food but with no joy, so I call them on the Monday to find that it hadn't been sent. I explained that I only had one days food left so they promised it would be sent next day delivery. The next day came and no food delivered and I had no packs left, I call customer services to find it had not been sent as promised, was practically in tears. The suggestion was I went back onto normal food for the day but that isn't what I wanted I am on a strict diet for a reason. Next day came and the food arrived...... At 8pm. Not a great experience tbh however I am going to stick with them for now as it is working great just didn't appreciate the several failures.

Service is good, but some restrictions on certain stock items which is a shame.

The milkshakes are nice, but don't like the soups or porridge much. Haven't tried the ready meals.

When ever i have spoke to or emailed them they are quick to respond and really do try and sort everything out for you. The food is always despatched very quickly and is easy to store. It has easy to follow instructions and tastes great. I have always been weary of powered milkshakes as normally they do taste anything like what there meant to but with saints & slimmers they are really nice. I would recommend them to anyone that wanted to lose weight healthily in a controlled sensible way. :)

Thank you for this. I was dubious in the beginning but so far this has been the only diet plan that has actually worked. I LOVE THE PORRIDGE - but in fact all the meal replacements taste good. And filling. Finally, something I can stick to.

When my order arrived I noticed a third of the items were missing despite me being charged for everything I ordered. I chased the company to find out why (i got an engaged tone for two days then had to email to ask someone to call me back), and the remaining items were out of stock, however this was not raised and I was not told, so it's a good job I realised. This is still to be resolved.

You should give Saints and Slimmers a try - it easily matches a nationwide fast slimming programme at an affordable price.

I have really taken to the saints & slimmers meal replacement diet. I did not have a lot to lose less than a stone and have managed to lose 10 lb in 5 weeks on the breakfast and lunch plan. Most of the meals/products are very tasty, easy to make and not expensive!
One bug bear, often things (breakfast muffins/milkshakes/meal packs) are out of stock for long periods of time and when I email s&s they say they will be back in stock soon but rarely they are, or the product is discontinued with no explanation. Also my first batch I was sent nearly OOD muffins and I was told the real OOD was 2 months after what was printed on the packet?!! also I paid for next day delivery with one order and it did not arrive via the courier as s&s had not delivered it to them on time!! I never received a reply to my email about this either.
If s&s got their act together regarding the admin/ordering side it would be a 5/5 as it is it is more like 3 star but food is lovely!!

Had a few teething problems but couldn't fault the customer service that I received.

all orders have arrived on time one of my orders had some bits missing I contacted the company and it was sent out for next day delivery no questions asked could not fault them would recommend and have recommeneded

It is a really good diet i feel great only been on it for 4 days and i feel like i have loss some weight all ready cant wait to loss more weight

I started off with a weeks complete diet and saw results straight away but I don't like cooking and didn't enjoy the full range of ready meals so the evening meal would have bored me for much longer. I love the Chicken Satay meals though, always have to have one in the cupboard.
I enjoy the porridge but I LOVE the skinny muffins for breakfast, I have a chocolate muffin every morning now & still look forward to it after 3 months.
My husband loves the meal replacement shakes, which are very filling, but I prefer to eat the meal replacement bars.
The delivery has always been quick and have had no problems except for right now when the only muffins available are past their sell by date, they do still taste great but that can only happen for so long before they go stale and I don't know when that will be so I am worried about buying my usual 6 week supply in bulk

I was really excited to find a different website for this kind of diet. The cost is brilliant and I thought yes, I'm doing it. So I ordered a 7 pack just to test the waters. Oh my god, the Thai Chilli soup was way to spicy for me. I could barely take two mouthfuls of it. In that respect I was very disappointed. However, the service I received was brilliant.

I was initially sceptical about the VLCD meal replacement shakes but have found them so convenient to use as I am using the ready to drink cartons. The muffuns are delicious too.

There are lots of choices for "food"! Very good indeed!

Was informed that my delivery would arrive Thursday so waited home all day and no delivery. My parcel has been returned so will not receive it. Awaiting full refund.

Ordered £100 worth of goods, delivered 3 days later "box thrown over 6ft back gate in pouring rain" shakes split leaked throughout box, all over kitchen floor! Complained and a week later no response. Lost money and faith and no weight! Steer clear of this company!

If you're looking for a VLCD, I'd definitely recommend Saints & Slimmers. The products are all very palatable and excellent value for money. The shakes are better than some others I've tried and the savoury meal packs are a nice change.

I was attracted to this because for a reasonable price I could do the 5:2 diet. However delivery was promised in 3-5 days and actually took 7 and box was very damaged when it arrived. Contents bashed but seem to be ok. No apology from driver or company.

This diet is so easy and tasty and successful 9Lb in my first week felt fantastic but I need to order it week to week and altho I ordered it on a Wednesday requiring it for the Monday it has not arrived so now 2 days short and off the diet again!! GREAT FIRST DELIVERY !!! 2nd not so much! It's going to be hard to get back on track!
