Both the items I ordered came if completely different style, colour and sizes.
Then they proceeded to refuse to refund me without me paying upfront the international shipment fees for the return.
Then they agreed to partial refund but never did, despite me chasing a few times.
Absolutely sham and a total scam.
Avoid at all cost.
I've gotten several items from Saffire and LOVE each one! I always get compliments. The Open Back Lounge Set in Black is my favvvvvorite and it's so versatile — the shorts are perfectly high-waisted with a thick but soft waistband (and pockets!) and the long sleeve top is a must-have in each vacation/staycation trip.
Saffire never disappoints....products arrive quickly and the fit is always spot on.
I purchased the azure black lace pants recently and I’m not impressed. The quality is nothing to be sought after and there are definitely better quality / more affordable options out there. My main issue with the brand is that they claim their products are made in the US/Los Angeles, but the tags say other wise (made in China). In fact, I was told by the owner multiple times that the products were made in America when didn’t even ask.

We have a whole production team in the heart of the fashion district in downtown Los Angeles! We design, source all fabric & trims, cut & sew each garment here in LA. SAFFIRE supports local U.S. labor and other small businesses & suppliers. California recently passed a law where if the farms where the fibers in the threads in the fabrics are not in the US, then all care labels must be changed to the origin country. Thus, most fabrics originate from China, even if sourced in LA. Hope that helps! Thanks again for supporting a female-owned small business!
