Overall, excellent service
Overall, excellent service, however, initial order was not wrapped well, and some signs were lost during transport. Having said that, a quick phone call resolved the issue and the remaining signs arrived very quickly. very helpful sales team. Will definitely shop again.

Poor service after placing order
I placed an order of just short of £3000 and the service since has been poor. I have asked several times for an ETA and all I got in return was 1-2 days for items in stock. Payment was sent and received on the 17th of April and we still have had no delivery. I then got an email to say that there are 6 items out of stock and the other items that are in stock will now be delivered once the out of stock items are in stock, these have been estimated at 2-3 days then delivery to us! This is poor service as we have started to prep for the new signage and equipment, we now can't finish the H&S upgrade we have planned on the time scale we have been given due to this undelivered order.
I doubt we will be using this company again as we are a new customer and feel we haven't had the service promised.

I understand you’ve already spoken with my colleague Peter, but I wanted to follow up to reiterate the update and again apologise for your experience.
I’m really sorry to hear about the delays you’ve encountered with your order. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, especially for a new customer, and I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly given the impact on your planned H&S upgrade.
As Peter explained, the issue was caused by an internal system error where two different PO numbers were applied to the same order. This led to delays in both processing and communication, and I apologise for the lack of clear updates regarding your ETA.
I’m pleased to confirm that this issue has now been resolved, and your order is due to be despatched tomorrow.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have arranged an additional 5% refund on top of the 25% discount already applied to your order. As your payment was made via bank transfer, Peter is just waiting to hear back from you, so we can process this refund for you as quickly as possible.
Please be assured that this is not reflective of our usual service. As you’ll see from our many 5-star reviews, we pride ourselves on reliability and communication, and we’re very sorry that this wasn’t your experience on this occasion.
