Ordered the size based on the website. It was inaccurate. Paid for two day shipping. Returned the item after contacting the company within the same day as receiving the order to find out the options to get the correct size since I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping. After back and forth and over a month I finally asked for a refund since it was explained it would be the better option and be able to place the order again. I was refunded for approximately $50. Less to not include taxes or the shipping I had originally paid for. After this experience and loosing money I will not be recommending or ordering from here. I was also told that’s the policy and was automatically deemed a male as they referred to me as a Sir.

The belt fits well, is comfortable, adjustable, and no belt keepers are needed.

The Safe Life Defense outer carrier is set at a good price point. The pockets on the chest are a bit undersized; a 3" x 5" notebook will not fit in them. The slots for ink pens in the chest pockets are also a tad too tight for my pen-style handcuff key and ink pen.

The outer carrier has good adjustability. It is made from fairly good materials and is easy to clean. The carrier is comfortable, and the underside is made from breathable material with a decent amount of cushioning.

The major drawback for me regarding the carrier is the stitching, which is why I rate it 3 out of 5 stars. After its first use on duty, the carrier had loose threads around all of the Velcro attachment points. This leads me to believe that I may have to replace the outer carrier after 12 months of use.

I picked up the carrier at the headquarters. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. Although I was less than thrilled with the quality of the stitching and the loose threads on the outer carrier after its very first use, I would definitely make future purchases from the Safe Life Defense product line.

Never received the product. Unable to get a hold of anyone with the company to see what is going on.

They were fast with shipping and had some issues they handle it even quicker. They have great service also.

Please do your own research and YouTube viewing, In my opinion the Safeline Concealable HYPERLINE™ Level IIIA is the sh#@. It is a resistant vest so do not expect it to be slight or light.

Nice vest,but as a retired officer I wish that you want sell them to just anybody. We have enough of a hard time with the criminals and this just give them something else to fight us with.
