Gallery Direct have used Safeguard for many years for our Sites in Sittingbourne and cannot fault the service they provide. The are always helpful, fast and competitive.

Due to reliability that the team show when dealing with difficult situations.

We used Safeguard for a few years now and the level of service has been excellent although in the last 6 months not as good.
Email response is poor (I'm told it can take up to a week to get an email response due to the volume of emails), we have had lots of different technicians ( I feel colleague turnover is becoming a problem for Safeguard), I have had to chase each month to get our routine visits planned in and completed.
I hope this level of service is a temporary 'blip' and the excellent service we have traditionally received returns soon.
