Excellent from beginning to end. Extremely professional installation at a great price. I supplied a head unit and digital dash, and Lee and his team installed it in my 420D in a few hours. Very happy.

The whole experience was amazing. From first enquiry to ordering and then fitting of Ghost 2 immobiliser and tracker. Everything went perfectly.
The engineer who fitted it, Luca, did a clean, quick and efficient job and then had the patience to teach me how to use it.

I had my Ghost Immobiliser 2 fitted by Adam Smith. I wasn’t able to be with the car when he arrived, however he took care of my vehicle, installing door protectors aswell just to be safe incase anything was to come into contact, he treated it as if it was his own which goes a very long way with me, as my car is my pride and joy.

I am beyond impressed with Safe and Sound Car Immobiliser Company, and particularly with the incredible service provided by Luca! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
Luca is an incredibly knowledgeable individual who truly went above and beyond with the immobiliser installation. He explained every single step clearly and patiently answered all of my questions about how to use the system. It was fantastic that he generated a code only I would know, ensuring maximum security.
Luca's attention to detail was remarkable, and the install was incredibly efficient. I am well and truly over the moon with the entire process. Thank you, Luca, for your outstanding work and for making me feel completely confident and secure with my new immobiliser system! Highly, highly recommend!

Ordered in January but the shipment never arrived. That happens, no problem. However, getting a refund is impossible with these people.

I told them on 3 occasions that the account I made the payment from was closed down as I changed banks and provided different accounts they could make a refund to. They tried to refund me several times on the closed down account with me telling them every time it is closed.

Their last attempt went through, and now they're saying I need to resolve it with my bank, even though it's their fault that it's paid to the wrong account.

5 months later I'm still without product, without my money and worst of all, with over 10 hours wasted in trying to get my money back.

This also is the 3rd time I'm making this review as they only are helpful and reply to mails once you make something public.

Luca gives Excellent service , very professional, very discreet market leading products , exceptional experience and knowledge . Used them a number of times and won’t use anyone else.
