I used Home Realty Pros to list and sell my home. We had a very aggressive buyer that offered over asking price thanks to Mike's teams great marketing. The buyer continued to ask for concessions during the transaction because they felt they were due to the 'over asking' price. Mike handled these buyer asks professionally and without upsetting them and losing them in our sale. We sold for $18k over asking!!

Problem was we had to get excess items out of the home quickly to meet the deadlines in the purchase contract. Home Realty Pros staff worked together to get various contractors in to do the estate sale and then remove excess items that weren't sold. Negotiations with our buyers were timely and efficient.
