The approach of Sabre is hands-on, routinely visiting the sites under management and taking pride and responsibility for maintaining and developing the site to the highest standards under the instructions of the relevant governing body. The experienced team communicates and co-ordinates with freeholders, right to manage companies, leaseholders, residents, and contractors to manage the day-to-day affairs of a site, working from pre-set budgets and standards established for the wellbeing of the site.

Excellent, Responsive and Professional Estate Management

abre Estates have been managing a luxury residential development in Westminster, and our experience with them has been extremely positive. Their team is professional, approachable and consistently responsive whenever assistance is required.

They communicate clearly, deal with matters promptly and provide excellent support to both the on-site team and residents. Their knowledge, reliability and commitment to maintaining high standards are evident in the way the development is managed.

I would highly recommend Sabre Estates to anyone looking for a dependable, supportive and professional estate management company.

Awful. Do not buy a place if these are involved

These are the property managers for my block of flats. I’ve called them up a good 4 or 5 times about various issues over the last 18 months and they’ve helped out a grand total of 0 times. About £1200 a year I pay them and get sweet sweet nothing for it

Awful as leaseholder im still waiting…

Awful as leaseholder im still waiting for them to repair windows, .....after 3 years of complaining. Im not sure when these joined with Saint Andrews Bureau Cambridge but the excuses are the same.

I have photos and many emails and would post them if possible one window had wood hardener splashed over it!

They tried to fob me off saying they were not responsible, then they havnt the money, for the record ive been paying service charges for 27 years!

The listed building frontage has also fallen into disrepair. Its starting to look like a slum, 3 years of complaints requests and now they have said they have accelerated my complaint to Head Office lol One of the persons is actually a director! I have little hope.

Ref the windows im very suspicious they are waiting for them to fall out then say its my responsibility to replace.

Some windows have been replaced on other flats, but the company will not supply me with relevant planning permission for a property in a conservation area and a listed building, im really not sure if the plastic replacements are legal under article 4 .

I am left to think why?

The only option left is the ombudsman and any other legal body.

All very frustrating

Many thanks for your review. Whilst we understand your frustrations, please be reminded that the decisions to carry out repairs and redecoration are the decisions of the Management Company, not SABRE so we are not permitted to make the decision. We as the Managing Agents then action any works we are instructed to. All works are dependent of sufficient funding being made available and you have been kept regularly updated with regards to decisions that have been made. Annual budgets and accounts are provided to each leaseholder and will show all expenditure for that year which allows you to see the services in place, these are the services that the service charges cover. The other properties on the estate made the decision to replace their windows at the cost of each property as window replacement is not covered under service charges, you declined to proceed in that direction. It would be inappropriate for us to provide you with information relating to the planning permissions that may or may not have been provided in relation to other properties, however, this information would be available on your local Council website. You have been advised of our official complaints process and should you provide an official complaint, it will be processed accordingly
