the company is not transparrent with shipping time, and they have fixed rewievs on their website. only two 4 stars and like fifty 5 star rewievs, and no bad ones, and that seems highly unlikely.

with that said i got my saber before time and it is functional and pretty decent for the price, its a fine first saber but i will go for a quality neopixel next.

Item broke within a week. They would only send me replacement parts and expected me to take the ting apart and fix it.

When I tried to get a refund from they were point blank refusing to give it. They then compromised but only if I paid for international shipping ro China, which I wouldn't get refunded for.

I would never bother with these people ever again, there are much better quality sabers out there and these are not worth the money.

I purchased one great lightsaber at Christmas, no issues. Ordered two more fairly recently and nothing but problems. One doesn't work and they say they'll send replacement parts and then send some random bits I don't need. Very disappointing.

Ordered a V7 Warrior for my wife about a month ago , it arrived within 2 weeks, she absolutely loves it.

My wife then ordered one for me for my birthday and it arrived today, incredibly fully charged and ready to go.

I would highly recommend this website for a first time buyer and if you are looking for a long lasting RGB Lightsaber that can withstand heavy duelling

Good finally arrived end of April (ordered in Feb) and now the part that actually make it work, the power was not out in the box!
Was told would send part free on charge in 14 days. Still waiting and no reaponse from customer service. DO NOT BUY from this company.

7 weeks and I still have no goods and no refund.
Appalling customer service.
First parcel went missing now 2nd has went missing.
Cant get a response from customer service.
Think I have lost my money to this awful company.

absolutely terrible company bought one for my sons birthday getting near his birthday I contacted them for an update about delivery got a email from them saying they cancelled my order giving no reason why a very disappointed boy on his birthday

Apart from the 1st parcel getting lost by Hermes, once reported they sent another out and was here within 2 days, so great service from Sabneo and responsive with there messages.
The sabers are even better quality than expected, I got the twin pack making a double ended sabre is so easy and spins well. The sound quality is great and they are quite bright even in daylight you can see the glow all though much better at night or dark room of course. Quite heavily made which gives you the confidence they will last, i like the clash and phaser function too. Lots of colours to choose from. Great duelling sabers especially for the cost, you cannot go wrong, well done Sabneo for producing a quality saber that's affordable.

Ordered the LightSbaer before Christmas as a gift for my friends's son. item arrived after new year and obviously was useless as my firend already went back home by then so nothing for me to do with the item. Contacted the seller to return the item. They keep sending an autmated message, never got to actually speak to a CS rep and all the message says is for me to return the item to the manufacturer in China rather than to the retailer I bought it from the UK. This was never mentioned in the T&C which made me extremly angry. They refuse to have any dialog and keep spamming the same message to all my emails. The LightSaber is of very poor quality compared to others I've seen on my other freinds. Better avoid this shady company uess you want to waste your money and time.

Not a massive issue as long as one does not have to deal with customer services due to any reason. Ordered item takes months to be delivered. A simple return request can turn into a nightmare. Purchased the item from a UK website and when tried to return it due to poor quality, I was asked to ship the item to the international warehouse in China. The shipping cost alone is higher than the item cost which i believe is what they count on when pushing customers to do so. Absolutely horrendous customer service. All the positive reviews are fake, check the website and you'll see the county changes but the name and the content stays the same. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!
