Absolutely ridiculous, ordered some packaging tape on a next day delivery on the 22nd July, nothing arrived so I chased them, they said it was out for delivery today 24th July, still nothing, they then said again the following day it had just been picked from the warehouse, I advised him off our conversation the day before and he said the courier had lost it, so sent it again, that was the 28th, guess what, still no parcel, it was out for delivery yesterday but the courier ran out of time!!!!!!

I bought my grandchild a Christmas present which was faulty at my local Abergavenny Rymans store. They will only refund me half the cost of the product. When I bought this product at £19.99 the manager suggested that I could buy another product for one pence, a total of £20. She suggested it was an offer too good to miss. I didn't want the second item but she suggested that I give it to a charity shop which I did straight after leaving the shop. When opening the present on Christmas morning the item was faulty. The shop manager also tried to put together and also concluded that the item was faulty. On producing the receipt, I was told that they would only refund me half the total price. I was amazed that she could not even give me the company address as she didn't know it. Where does she receive her wages from or contract in emergencies. I looked up the address on line, simple.
What a way to run a business. I will be phoning the company on Monday morning or my next option will be trading standards. I will keep you informed.

I have resolved this confusion by phoning Head Office this morning. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and pleasant. She phoned the store and told them to give me a full refund which they promptly did when I returned to the store. I was not pleased with their excuse during my first visit.

1 star review on the basis that I get my money back otherwise it is zero star review. Have my own limited company and on the 17/12/24 ordered a Collins Diary for 2025. It was a test order on the basis that if it was a good experience I would order a load more items for my business. I paid £4.99 for delivery on the order as well. Waited a week (24/12/24) for it to turn up and then rang them to chase it up on the morning of 24/12/2024. Was told by the guy from Ryman Business that they do not have any in stock and have no date for when they would be getting the Diary and that he would organise a refund for me. I had no contact from them prior to me ringing them. Would I have ever been contacted about my order by Ryman Business? I doubt it. Do not buy anything from them otherwise you are wasting your time and money.
Ryman B2B poor service and attitude
Customer service do not know what the stock inventory is and do not tell you if a product is out of stock at the point of ordering.
I had to chase 4 days later, only to find that my order had not been fulfilled. Incredibly annoying, no apology and a carefree - 'it is, what it is' attitude to the customer.
Will not be buying from 'Ryman Business' again.
Ryman Business - Unreliable
Opened a Ryman Business account.
Had a big opening event and ordered 80 (30 packs) Harrogate water. Substantial order.
10 days later and still waiting for delivery. The event has since been and gone and customer service is ridiculous.
Will not be using Ryman Business anymore.

Understand they can 'personalize' pens as well, but my 8 year old has more product knowledge on this subject than these people - embarrassment. 'Business to Business' Department - Really?
Shameful Service
Ordered 5 boxes of paper as a trial order before considering transferring all my business requirements from my current supplier.
Promised next day delivery. Received 3 boxes instead of 5 following day. Not not only that these were in fact recycled paper - greyish tint.
I then asked for my correct order - which was now urgent by this time and was told collection of the incorrect paper would have to be made first. Only then would i receive my revised order.
Considering this was a Ryman Business error this is unacceptable. I explained i could potentially be placing orders on average of £12,000 every 2 months - but to no avail. Obviously my expenditure is not considered worthy of a 'Business' account.
In addition to this, i asked to speak to the Manager and was told she was in a meeting but would call me back that day. Two days later and no callback. I then called again wc 28th August and was told she was on holiday leave - shameful conduct.
Needless to say i will not be moving my business and now realise my existing supplier is not so bad.
Value your Customers!

I suggested a refund, because these boxes are not worth any more of my valuable time. I was told I should confirm when the second set of blue boxes had been collected, and only then would a refund be processed. Great asset protection, lousy customer service.
No delivery information
No delivery information. Ordered an item a few days ago. Money charged, order shows on account, but no information on when it will be delivered. The FAQ for delivery gives no indication of delivery times. Appalling in this day and age.
No invoice available for goods ordered
We placed an order on the 29th March and received the goods the next day. So far, so good. However, we have still not received an invoice. I logged onto our orders (as you are supposed to be able to print an invoice from an order) to no avail. I then phoned Ryman, who after taking me through a series of options, kept me waiting on the phone for ten minutes until I gave up.
V disappointed
Really pathetic. There is no way to contact from Rahman business. I bought products over 10 days from now and still have not received them. I only see the status: in progress. I wish if I didn’t buy. One more day I am claiming charge back.

upon further investigation, they use other suppliers and don't actually hold the stock. Drop shipping gone corporate.
I am loyal to Ryman and used to buy all my stuff there as a kid but as a business owner spending more is not good for me at all.
AVOID this company!
Ryman website listed the product I sought as "in stock". However, owing to other reviews, I called the call centre straight away to check and surprise surprise.. it was not in stock. The call centre agent asked me to refresh the page.. and suddenly it was listed as out of stock. He clearly updated the status but tried to deny it. Not a company I want to buy from.
Avoid Rymans!!!
Rymans have no idea what their current inventory is. I ordered one day, and was told the next day that the item wasn't in stock. They also have no control over their delivery logistics. I ordered on Tuesday and didn't get the items until late Friday (even though they promise next day delivery). I repeatedly called and emailed customer service, and the best they could tell me was that it was out for delivery. And when they didn't deliver as promised, the reason was that the driver ran out of time. Most importantly, Rymans don't feel the need to keep their customers in the loop. I never received any notification from Rymans about any of the delays in my deliveries. I had to contact them... Rymans strategy is clearly to keep apologizing and hope the customer doesn't cancel their order.
