We recently bought a house from Ryder and Dutton. I was informed all the way through of the progress. GERALDINE kept us informed and made sure things are heading in right direction(exchanged in few months). At first it was rather confusing by other staff members with fund issue but Geraldine was great in handling our case.

I purchased a house through Ryder and Dutton. During the process I dealt with their agent Geraldine, she was always available and extremely helpful throughout. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I had a fantastic experience.

Experience of selling was very quick, it was the recommendation of using Birchall Blackburn solicitors being informed it would be quick and easy. What a diabolical mistake that was. We received very little response to our requests for information and being completely ignored at times. This ended like previous 1 star reviews on this site exchanging contracts and moving in the last week of this 6 month nightmare of selling our house. The threats of losing our new purchase due to the lack of communication and the time taken to do it was an awful experience. Pick your solicitor very carefully.

The customer service we received from Jessica Williamson and Lacey Williams was exceptional. It's been a long process due to circumstances beyond our control but i received weekly updates throughout the whole process from them, they chased the Conveyancing team and also the buyers solicitor which took a lot of the stress out of the situation for me for which i cant thank them enough.

Completion take longer than I expected due to vendor or vendor solicitors slow response,Geraldine Marsden keep informed me regularly,and try her best to calls vendors and their solicitor for speedy completion.
