The keys to my apartment were handed on time and as agreed. The workers (Sam in particular) were constantly in touch to update on any changes. Other supportive organisations to help move in easy were recommended by the agent (Ryder & Dutton).

The process of getting the property back on the market, was quite difficult and time consuming, and she helped us all the way through the process, with her advice, and vision. The property is now let, with a rent she thought we could achieve, if we followed her advice (we were were doubtful) but we achieved that rent , which was considerably more than previous tenant was paying.
