Absolutely awful service would never use again we went for a 2 bed house 2 days before we were moving in we was told we couldn't have the house after getting told to put our notice in from together housing, we were nearly homeless due to the poor service of ryder and dutton they didn't even care they just said you can't move in we don't know why. Avoid at all cost

I moved in to my dream rental in September with the help of Sarah Keegan and Sinyee Cheung. We also met with Zak who showed us around the property and I honestly cannot thank you enough for how thorough, helpful, organised and kind you all have been to deal with. Sarah went out of her way to keep me informed once my application was submitted, even reaching out to me earlier than advised on a Friday to share the good news with me to avoid the anticipation and waiting over the weekend. I was an emotional wreck when I got the amazing news and Sarah shared the moment with me in such a personable and caring way. Sinyee met with me to deliver the keys and went through every detail and showing me the ropes of our new building. We had a couple of maintenance fixes simply through the age of the building after moving in but Sinyee didn't hesitate to get them resolved for us, she even followed up once all was complete to make sure everything was perfect. The process from start to finish really made it an enjoyable experience for our new chapter and we couldn't be happier or feel more supported in our new home. Thank you to all of the team but in particular Sarah and Sinyee for going above and beyond for us, you really care about your tenants and it shows :)
