First bought a case for my AirPods. After a year, it’s still perfect, and has developed a really nice patina. Just got a case for my iPhone. It arrived in 3 days, and that’s with personalisation. The fit is perfect, MagSafe works well and buttons are easy to press. Overall, highly recommend this company.

I ordered an iphone leather sleeve -the service was prompt and the product arrived beautifully made, I cannot fault it in any way and it is a perfect fit for my phone-I would recommend this company and buy further products from them in future

Ordered an Iphone case, they sent the incorrect one. They denied this and said the one I was sent was the same as the one I ordered, clearly not. Not helpful and made no effort to resolve the issue. Returned for a refund. I would expect better service for a company selling premium priced items.

I bought a leather case from them for my iPhone 15 Pro.

Had it for about a month and just by putting it in and taking it out of my jeans pocket the corners had started to wear off. The leather is really thin. I contacted their support and was basically told I must have dropped it. So not much help.

Since then I did actually drop it and the leather tore off the side of the case. It's really thin and not very well made. So I threw it and replaced it with a different one.

If I needed a laptop sleeve I might get one of their leather sleeves because that doesn't really have the potential to be damaged as much as a phone case. But I couldn't recommend their leather phone cases.

Purchased a closed bottom iPhone 15 pro max case. Not the best fit. Phone always pops out of the bottom left corner, and have to keep pushing back in. Leather feels good. But I'd expect that for the price. I lost the original packaging therefore can't return. I don't know if my case was defective but I won't recommend due to the fit.

Had some questions about personalisation after I'd placed my order of a green and orange MBP case...Jun was so helpful at every stage. Just received my case today and it is beautifully made. I am a perfectionist with crafts and I cannot fault it...so happy and a wonderful high class company who care about their customers.

Forget the brilliant products for a second, we’ve just experienced the best customer service I can remember!
Slight mishap - a Christmas present ended up in the recycling by accident and we only realised at 5pm on 21st December after bin collection day! I placed a replacement order thinking we’d have to give a belated gift and emailed Ryan London just as a plea if they knew of any way to help.
It’s now 23rd and the tracking shows it will hopefully be delivered today! Ryan London emailed me and phoned me to check if what they proposed to do to get the gift to me was ok and even refunded my postage as they thought a different method may be more likely to get here. I cannot thank or recommend this company enough.
Their products are high quality and we’ll definitely be repeat customers.

I ordered a new case for the iPhone 15 Plus and I can honestly say that after so many years living with the genuine Apple leather cases, quality of Ryan London cases is something completely different. Everything from packaging, delivery speed, colour and quality of the leather is top notch and I won’t go for a new case anywhere else anymore. It’s also great being able to support a small business in an industry dominated by cheap and second rate products. Thank you guys!

Bought a black leather case for my 15 Pro Max and I am very happy. The quality is as good if not better than previous official leather cases. Comes with a proper action button unlike a lot of other cases. Really happy I went for this case!

Small local business with a backstory. In reality, leather iPhone cases are claimed to be locally handmade but are absolutely not. I preordered an iPhone 15 pro max leather case, it was delayed and only received well after the phone had launched. When I queried the local claim I was advised they are still handmade but not locally. I was unimpressed with the quality of the item upon receipt and have returned for a a refund. Communication was good but I prefer action over words. When I choose to support a small business, I do not expect to find things are not as claimed! It is a shame as had it lived up to the claims I probably would have purchased other items.

I’ve just received my Ryan London tan Leather case for my Apple iPhone 15 Pro, and absolutely love it! It’s beautifully made, fits the phone like a glove, and smells/feels gorgeous. The buttons feel good, are well aligned, and it’s nice to see a proper button for the new iPhone 15 Pro ‘Action Button’ (rather than the ‘hole’ seen in other manufacturer’s cases). No-one asked Apple to stop making leather iPhone cases (their new ‘fine-weave’ case is a poor ‘premium priced’ substitute and I found is prone to severe scratching and damage) , however the Ryan London leather case looks and feels as good as Apple leather cases used to be years ago. This is exactly the case that I wanted to make my new phone feel and look special. The rim around the front screen is genius and reduces the likelihood of getting a scratched screen - ditto the raised border around the camera lenses ‘bump’. Do yourself a favour and get one of these cases for your new phone!!

I have purchased four full collar lead and harness sets from this company. I absolutely love the quality, look and feel of the products and strangers always compliment how lovely the products are and ask me where I bought them from. Ryan London have even customised a set at my request with different colours. My dog looks the business wearing them. I would highly recommend for quality and customer service. Rather shocked to read the negative reviews and also think that sometimes competitors leave negative reviews on purpose! I will be purchasing again from this company. Love their products
