Worst company ever. They lie about your phone

If I could give 0 stars I would, and really wish i'd read Trustpilot before sending them my device. What a waste of time this company is. Sadly they are giving the second hand phone business, and those sites that refer them, a bad name.

My experience mirrors those other reviews before. I also got lowballed on my phone. I was supposed to be around ~£310-335, and they came back with an initial email saying it was heavily scratched on the screen and housing, it was not charged above 90%, and they could offer only £230.

1) It has a few little scratches, nothing major.
2) It was fully charged and turned off when i sent it.
3) No-where in there categories describing the condition of the device does it say it must be free from all scratches, or indeed charged above 90%. I selected "Working" as the condition of the phone, which certainly describes it. The other categories are "brand new", "poor" and "not working". None of these describe my phone.

I immediately rejected their offer and requested the phone be returned. Then we get into a long drawn out back and forth dialogue over a couple of weeks where they keep adjusting their price and I keep firmly rejecting the offers, finally ending up at £260, even after I paid them the £5 to return the phone.

This is a very shady company. The very poor grammar on their emails tells you all you need to know about their level of professionalism. The rest of their operation is a disaster.

I'm at least thankful that after two or three weeks of being run-around, I do have my phone back (serial number double checked), unlike some others who have reviewed this company.

All I can say is that although it caused me some annoyance, all they got was the £5 shipping fee. Their costs are all the mishandling and time consumed low-balling me, plus the minimal costs to actually ship the device back. So hopefully that loss of money stings them a little bit for being so shady.

This company should really not be in business, and hopefully they won't for much longer.

They say there is a issue with your phone and offer you £5,

They will then charge you £5 to return the phone but wont send it back and ignore all emails

They offered me a lot less than originally quoted because ‘the phone wasn’t charged to 80%’. I then requested the phone to be returned to me, several times, and got no response. I then paid £25 to take them to a small claims court and BAM! I suddenly got replies to my emails and my phone was finally returned. Do not use!!

Thieves.
Taken my phone, stopped responding to emails, haven't got a reply in months.
Originally offered 20% of what the original quote was, claiming damage to the phone was there that didn't exist, I asked for photos of the damaged they were claiming and they sent out of focus shots so nothing could be seen. This happened repeatedly when I asked for better pictures or they would ignore me until I gave up and accepted to low offer. Then they never paid me. Absolute criminals.

This company need taking down! I have reported to trading standards! They have stolen my phone!!

So after panicking about my phone, after seeing all the other reviews, I requested my phone back. I paid the postage costs and received it back after 2 days.
They initially offered me £121 but this was reduced to £55, after they assessed my iPhone 7.
I’m guessing they just don’t have the funds to offer you a reasonable price, like Mazuma or the other big ones do.
They’re a bit slow to reply to email, but other than that, they’re not a scam, they’re just a small business.

Offered half of the original quoted price. Listing 4 false problems with the phone. I eventually got the phone returned to me at my cost and I have since sold it to a proper company for the full quoted price.

Stay well clear of these charlatans, and if anyone from trust pilot is reading this they are displaying your logo on their website without a link to these true reviews.

Con artists sent my phone in full working condition no scratches as was in a case from when I first got it email received to say they had received my phone but due to it being faulty and having scratches all over ony offered £15 rather £75 have been emailing them since over a week nowasking to return phone and no reply DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I've sent off my S7 Edge, recorded delivery, sent emails and not received acknowledgement nor payment as agreed. Currently in discussions with trading standards.

Terrible service. Sent my galaxy s6 edge, had email to say they had received it and have heard nothing since, that was 2 weeks ago. I've emailed 3 times and not heard anything. They were meant to offer me £125 !!

Very poor, offered £50 then no payment

I sent my phone after seeing that they would pay £15. They sent me an email on 12 october confirming they have received it. Its now 14 november and i am still waiting for the £15.

I have sent an email every day for the last week but get no response (even though their website says they will get back to you within 72 hours). They do not appear to have a phone number and i am unable to log into my account on their website (apparently there is an error in my email address).

In future i will stick with the other sites, which offer less but at least you get the money.

Awful con-artists! Offered me significant less than agreed when they received the phone then tried to charge £5 to return the phone (even though the website says it’s free)
They are claiming with send my phone back 2 weeks ago (I’m still without my phone) and will not respond to any emails, with no other method of contact.
Avoid!

They told me my phone was 'faulty' when I tried to sell it to them. They wanted £5 to return it even though their website says it is free to have it returned.

Very dodgy lot.
