I always have a great experience requesting medication through this pharmacy. The staff is always very kind and helpful. They really care about their patients and clients. My GP is terrible with prescriptions and many times they have go beyond their job and they do go way beyond and I am very grateful to them for helping me so much always. They delivery and it usually arrives quickly and even faster if I ask for urgent medication like when I run out or close to it. Brilliant pharmacy with high standards of care and top job of helping people to get what they need. Very satisfied with them 100% of the time and very happy I found them about over a year or so ago. 100% effort by the team 100% satisfaction, their care is definitely worth every single star I have given. Great Service
I needed to get a prescription delivered quickly (my fault) - I had the items delivered to me in less than 18 hours - all at no cost to me. This is not my normal experience with other online pharmacies - Boots & Pharmacy2U take note.

Fantastic company
Excellent service. Items are dispatched quickly, and they are incredibly responsive and accommodating via live chat. I was fed up with the queues at the pharmacies. Over an hours wait just to put the prescriptions in. I’m glad I took the leap and switched to this company. Saves me a lot of hassle

I have been with RX for a while
I have been with RX for a while and for the most part, they have been really good. Occasionally, they have been let down by Royal Mail but that's not their fault.
After a mix-up with the regularity of one of my medications, everything has been fine and today I have received the quickest response ever which I doubt any of the local pharmacies could better!

I've been using RXLive for my meds since Dec 2023. No dramas, no problems, all very efficient and trouble free. I just contacted customer support to see if they could bring my delivery forward as I am about to go on holiday. No problems at all. Exemplary service.
I have just had cause to contact RXLive to ask if they could get my pain meds to me urgently.
They (Thomas) replied straight away, and have rearranged my order, marked it 'urgent', and it will now be here within 24/48hrs. This has made a huge difference, and I really can't recommend them highly enough. And this is not the first time they've stepped up to provide such excellent service.

Fantastic, Superb, Easy, Recommended
I need a reliable pharmacist with a simple process to get the medicine I need. I spoke with Dylan, a manager, who answered my questions and helpfully guided me through the process to simply set up an account and order what I need. This level of excellent service and customer focus is rare but much appreciated.

Great fantastic pharmacy lovely staff

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
A few months ago, a friend recommended RXLive Pharmacy to me, and I’m so glad they did. After signing up, I dont need to worry about my repeat prescriptions at all they always delivered on time, without any hassle.
What truly sets RXLive apart is their efficiency with acute prescriptions. On a couple of occasions, I needed urgent medication, and they managed to deliver it the very next day. That kind of service is rare and incredibly appreciated.

Let down by poor website and Apps. I will not be using this pharmacy again.
This company appears to be hindered by its technology. I will be closing my account. I placed an order for an NHS repeat prescription through the IOS App earlier in the week, and it remained showing as 'waiting for GP to sign the prescription' until it was chased today by RXLive.
According to my GP, this was not true. My GP had received a request for a prescription from a new online provider and had mistakenly sent it to RXLive rather than leaving it on the NHS Spine. In my presence, my GP phoned RXLive to get the prescription returned to the NHS Spine. RXLive refused because they said that my prescription had already been dispensed and dispatched.
It seems that until their technology and apps are working properly, you have to request your repeat prescription with your GP, and then RXLive will pick up the electronic prescription. However, the website does not say this. If you place an order through their website, it's not clear what happens until, like I did, you ask what's happening and they say they will follow up.

Some issues
Unexplained delays in filling prescriptions on several occasions. Communications regarding delays are poor. Packaging is often of poor quality..I don't mind reusing packaging if in a goiod state but sometimes their's is just not good enough. Web site is slow and not responsive enough. Fewer supply issues than local chain or independent chemists and very convenient.---and free.. Just wish they could sort the issues mentioned.
