Not good customer service
Another company promising medication sent to your door in blister Packs, but failing on delivery of the services promised.
I signed up for RXLive because of problems with terrible service provided by Pill Time and Pharmacy2U.
I’m on 10 different medications to treat type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and a heart problem, with multiple drugs for one condition, one specific drug I need to take 3 a day so when signing up for this service from RXLive, I thought it would be obvious that I’m signing up for blister packs, (why would I want 10 boxes to open every morning/evening)?… that would make no sense to anyone with ANY common sense.
The first order I placed arrived with no problem, fantastic I thought, at last a company that delivers the services promised and what I signed up for… a month later they sent me an email saying a repeat order of my drugs were on the way…. An order I hadn’t placed so I cancelled that order.
I then ordered a heart drug as I was running low. But after a few weeks I chased them up after non delivery despite selecting 24hr delivery as the presented option. I was then told the drug was out of stock and I should have received an email confirming they were waiting on a re-stock… no emails were received and after another week waiting for my order I contacted them again, I was promised the drugs would be posted and delivered next business day, they weren’t, but did arrive 48 hours later.
On the 24th May I ordered my months supply of 10 drugs on a 24hr delivery, but they turned up on the 3rd June some 10 days later.
When the months supply arrived, the box was opened, nothing was missing but it was a poor quality box and poorly packed with the drugs just thrown in the box.
None of these drugs were blister packed as per the service I signed up for so I called their phone number (which you have to google as it’s not obvious to find on the website.
I’m told that the service id signed up for was not the blister packed service and no record of this selection had been made, so clearly as the customer I’m in the wrong and it’s my fault (sigh)
I’ve been promised my drugs will be collected tomorrow (4th June) and my replacement blister packed order will be delivered on Tuesday of next week, I’ll do another review (negative) if it’s not, or a positive review if it is…
Customer service is full of excuses and Teflon shouldered people so I’ll see if they can get something right but I’m not holding my breath.

To minimise any delay, the prescription was prioritised first thing on Monday morning and has now been dispensed and dispatched. Your parcel containing the medication is currently on its way.
Our Head Pharmacist has also reviewed the feedback you provided. We value all patient feedback and have taken your comments on board. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving patient care and service standards, we are currently reviewing and enhancing our internal processes to help improve the experience for our patients going forward.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience.
However, we would like to clarify that RXLive Pharmacy dispenses and supplies items based on the prescription and quantities provided to us by your GP surgery. The amounts supplied on your orders were those that were prescribed and authorised by your surgery. We have sent you proof of this via email just now, they sent us 2000ml and 10 bottles is 200ml a bottle that equals 2000ml. We cannot give more than the prescription that is illegally and we cannot be do such activities.
We have already provided proof of the prescriptions received from your GP surgery, which confirms the quantities and items that were prescribed to us for dispensing.
Regarding the flavour issue, we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, when a prescribed flavour is unavailable, an alternative flavour may be supplied to avoid delays in treatment. We apologise if this was not suitable for you. We have tried to call 5 times to resolve the issue but you're declining our calls.
We take all patient concerns seriously and have investigated your orders based on the information received from your surgery. If you would like to discuss this further, we would be happy to review the matter again with you and liaise with your GP surgery where necessary.

I recently posted a review about RXLive which I have now taken down. I was contacted by the management from RX. They made every effort to explain the difficulty they have which turns out to be out of their control. I have been with RX for 7 years and had no problems . But over the last few years there service was dropping leading to me finally posting my earlier review. Having spoken to RX, I would like to apologise to them. On the other hand I will be contacting my Doctors Practise Maassarani and Partners will be receiving an official complaint regarding mismanagement of my medication and preventing me from seeing the Doctor of my choice over many occasions this past and present year. Once again I apologise to you RXLive, together we will get thing sorted out .

Awful service. Incompetent customer support.
Signing up for the service was incredibly frustrating. It assumed falsely that I didn't pay for prescriptions even though I am under 60. Getting this corrected was difficult, then they failed to send a payment link, asking again if I had to pay. Then I was overcharged for two items when it is in fact two packs of tablets in one prescription. Then I was charged again for no reason. When I complained I received an email saying "I do apologise on our records you was charged this: £19.80" which is pretty poor English. After a description of the timeline I was asked "so what was the problem with your delivery?". I didn't complain about the delivery! This comes across as defensive and argumentative. You need to refund £19.80 immediately. This is appalling service and I expect a proper apology.
Edit: Now a follow up email, asking me to prove I paid £19.90 which is an amount I didn't complain about. Then a follow up saying it had already been refunded last Friday. Absolute gibberish. I want this to be escalated as a complaint.
Edit:
I received an apologetic email from RXLive and missed a call from them. It took until today (23/05/26) for a refund of the double prescription charge to appear back in my account. I trust they will perform better in the future.

RX Live are simply the best
I've been using RX Live to fulfil my regular pharmacy needs for about six months. I have complex health issues, so my repeat prescription list is a lengthy one. I find it easy to contact them. Their telephone number is always available so even if you are not in to computers and 'chatting' online, you are able to call them, which is what I prefer. I have my medication in weekly blisters packs. Rxlive are always up to date with my medication, all I need to do is press the dispatch and its sent.
I have always found them to be pleasant and helpful when talking on the phone to them.

Understanding and caring, very professional
We have over the past few months had an issue with getting my father in law’s dementia medication delivered on time but yesterday when I spoke with one of the representatives from RX live he was so helpful and understanding. Dodgy RX live pharmacy
My wife and I selected RX live as our nominated pharmacy as they do blister packs. if that's all I needed they would be great, but I have other health problems that require separate medications. I am on maximum insulin, short and long term. I require at least 12 pens of long acting insulin and 25 pens of short acting insulin. per delivery I would get one box of 5 novo rapid and one box of 3 Toujeo pens. Each time I would have to phone in to have this corrected only for the operative to say its a rare item to get hold of. I know this to be BS as I have been on this medication for years and my pharmacy never had problems getting it. Further to this problem my prescription clearly says I have 40mg of Nicorandil daily and I am sent one box of 60 X 10mg tablets and this must last me a month. 60/4 = 15 days worth of tablets. I am used of receiving 20mg tablets but took a second look at the box when I was having pain again. They also send stickers to show items missed and when the missing medication is in stock they don't follow up and send it so with RX live I constantly find myself running out of medication then I have to phone them to find out their next excuse. I have gone through my GP to switch back to my previous pharmacy. to me its questionable whether there is a pharmacist checking on the quality of prescriptions being dispenced.

I organise the delivery of medication for my brother who lives hundreds of miles away. After having a nightmare with another medication delivery company I tried RXLive. Thomas looked after setting up my account and was very patient when explained I was nervous about trusting another company and that I was worried about delivery times. The first delivery cut it fine as the pharmacist was concerned about one of the medications and had to double check with the doctor, but since then everything has gone smoothly. I had to email or phone the other company 3 or 4 times each month to make sure a delivery would come on time. His latest medication from RXLive arrived today without me even looking at the app or chasing it. What a relief!
When my brother received an accidental double dose of medication, I spoke to their pharmacist Mr Patel and he was very helpful too and sent me a lot of information that put my mind at rest.
