I placed an order for a bunk bed on January 31st and paid in full at the time of purchase.

After waiting several weeks, I had to contact the company myself to ask about the delivery. On March 13th I was informed that the item was no longer in stock and I agreed to a replacement.

Despite this, I was never proactively updated. I had to follow up multiple times and was never given a confirmed delivery date.

Eventually, I was informed that even the replacement item was unavailable with no restocking date.

After more than 10 weeks, the order was cancelled. However, despite being told that a refund was requested, I am still waiting for the refund with no clear update.

While customer service responses were polite, the overall experience has been very disappointing due to poor communication, incorrect stock information, and delays.

I would advise caution when ordering online, as availability and fulfilment do not seem reliable.

No one has received their product, do not use this company!!!

Waited for delivery for 5 months. Chased them monthly. After 5 months they told me the item was oversold, having previously told me multiple times the item was in warehouse.

After 5 months asked if I wanted to pick another item. Imagine, I would end up waiting 5 months for that item then.

This is a terrible company, avoid at all costs.

After 2 months waiting for a product it never arrived and now One month waiting on a refund. Rang directly waited 45 mins on hold and they still haven't processed my refund. They dont know when they will. Disgusting carry on. Reporting the company to the cpcc

Waiting 3 months for my bed, requested a refund after all the Waiting and now I'm left waiting for the refund. I have reported to the consumer rights agency. Awful company

BEWARE !!!!!!! Do not order from this company , paid €600 for chairs nothing delivered. Numerous emails , phone calls and nothing but lame excuses, saying they ware waiting delivery from the UK and kept pushing out the dates. Thye could never explain where exactly the order was, when it will be shipped etc... I mentioned to the assistant on the phone that I might cancel the order, then the phone was cut off and an email within minutes saying order is cancelled. Not sure when I will get a refund , and reading some of the reviews I won't be holding my breath. If you paid for something , do a charge back within 120 days. The owners of this company need to be investigated by the authorities.

They are absolute disgrace to deal I bought a sofa in December and had word of any information about delivery or anything. So I messaged them about a refund in January and they said they would do that. I'm still waiting on my refund to come they answered to emails and have not answered my last 2 emails. I have also rang them and promised they would sort my refund and let me know and still no sign of it.

Avoid! I should have read the reviews before I spent 400 euros online on a kitchen cabinet. There's even been an article in the Irish Times about this company. Three weeks after ordering said item I'd heard nothing. Called their customer service. They said it was coming from Germany (seems a common story) so could take 10 to 20 working days. "Kirsten" (she told me they weren't allowed to give out surnames, a very bad sign!) said they would call the "purchasing department" and send an email giving me "more details" re delivery. No email, of course, despite me saying I would report to the CCPC and take it up with my bank if they didn't provide an actual delivery date. So am reporting to the CCPC and starting the chargeback process with my bank. What a colossal waste of my time and energy. I am surprised this company is still functioning.

I ordered a chair February 1st , heard noting from them today March 22nd I mailed them, they replied and said it was not in stock,never offered me a refund, just credit to buy something else in thir store. I replied requesting an immediate refund, no reply yet. !

I ordered a storage bed on the 1st of February with estimated delivery of 1st March. I contacted RW via email for an update on my order when I hadn't received any information regarding the order when the 1st of March passed. I received no reply to my inquiry. I then used the instant messenger and was advised that orders can take 16-32 days for tracking number to be sent which would have been 18th March. I called on the 19th March when I still had no communication from RW regarding my order. I was advised that they still could not provide me with any information regarding a delivery date. I requested a refund. The customer service agent requested that I give her some time to see if she could find out some information for me regarding my order and I was assured I would be contacted yesterday. Again no communication from RW. This morning I cancelled my order because they still cannot provide me with any information regarding when my order will arrive. BE WARY OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER DELIVERED. Just hoping I will get my refund

The price is outrageous you have to build it yourself and get 2 people to help you an probably have 2 pay them. Stay well clear

Same as most people here have not gotten refund back ... court against is only way. Otherways no hope.

Do not buy from this company, there are fooling people advertising that they have goods in stock, all they want is to take your money. On Black Friday i ordered a Gold Mirror from there website. Advert stated delivery would take 10-14 days. Two weeks went by and no communication. In the beginning of January i rang there customer service and they had no update of when delivery would take place and i was told they would follow this up with their warehouse in the UK. The following week i contacted there customer service and was told again there was no update, so i decided then to cancel my order and to get a refund. I was advised my refund would be submitted to there accounts team. Weeks went by and still did not receive my refund. Contacted there customer service again and was told the same thing. I then went to my bank and raised a dispute to claim my money back. I have now been refunded from the bank as i don't believe i would have got it from this company.

I placed an order and waited three weeks without any updates. After contacting Rathwood myself, I was informed that the item had been oversold and would not be restocked. There was no proactive communication to let me know about the issue. I only found out because I chased it up. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend ordering from them. Refund requested.

Don't buy anything here! I ordered a bed and mattress on December 24th, and as of today, February 16th, I haven't received either the bed or my refund! I call several times a week asking when I'll finally receive my €450 refund, and the hotline keeps telling me the same old story.

I purchased Oak firewood in February 2025, yes you read that right a year ago and I still have zero delivery or refund....

CCPC, media contacted and my last effort to get my money of just shy of €500 back, I will be travelling to the store and requesting my money.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered an item that was in stock and available. When I asked for a lead time on delivery I was told 5 weeks. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive it in 10 days that was on Jan 14th and still no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOWER OF SCAMMERS. I will be going legal with this.

I ordered a bed from them. After a month, they informed me that it had broken and that they would refund the money within 10 business days. The money was not refunded. I managed to get the money back through Revolut.
