You request reviews
You request reviews, when you have charged my card for a product I am still waiting for. Reviews should be offered after a customer receives their ordered item.
You can't expect a favorable review under these conditions. The second star is in hopes of receiving my order soon.

Unfortunately, the review requests are triggered by the order date, not the shipping date. We apologize for the confusion.
Thank you!
