Very helpful and friendly individual who assisted me in ordering correct awning motor. I received advice on product return if necessary. Part arrived in a few days from ordering. Can’t say we’ve had a “good” experience…
I realize unfortunate mistakes can happen, but come on already! Had to return order that we waited for months for because not all bolts were included in our order. Frustrating, indeed!

Sorry that happened. It is rare, but not unseen for bolt bags to be missing from kits. As far as the long wait, there are certain items that are still experiencing supply chain issues. It is getting better, but having it on backorder got you the product sooner than you would have not doing so.

Order delivery was delayed due to damaged packaging so had to return to FedEx warehouse then ok's for delivery next day. Ok. Good size trailer rug.

Splendid laundry detergent
I recently purchased the Splendide laundry detergent for my new Splendide washer/dryer. When ordering there was a note saying the product may take 3 weeks to deliver. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the soap within the first week after purchase. I haven’t used it yet but anticipate a top notch product!
