Très déçue de ma première commande chez Ruve Shop. J’ai commandé la combinaison Vaona en noir, la qualité est médiocre, la matière bouloche, on dirait une tenue commandée sur Shein, malgré l’image haut de gamme et les visuels attractifs, la qualité n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. Je me suis plains au service client qui m’a donné un bon de 30 euros pour une autre commande mais au vue de ma piètre expérience, je n’ai pas du tout envie de passer commande à nouveau chez eux.

Colis jamais recu, j'ai été en litige avec eux pendant un mois, mais j'ai enfin pu recuperer mon argent, donc je motifie ma note.

I thought i'd splurge a little on a nice jacket because it was the exact style I was looking for. RUVE looked like a very nice (affordable) European luxury brand.

My package came in good time and the jacket was packaged very nicely. The Jacket looks cute, but the jacket looks a lot cheaper (and more lightweight) than the photos, and the buckles on it are not functional. It seems like these is a bucket hole missing (so these just a literal empty hole...). The inner "satin" lining feels like it's about to sag out of the arm. For the price, I don't feel these ''mistakes'' are acceptable.

This RUVE jacket feels like it's from SHEIN. I think they should invest more in the production of their clothes rather than spend it all on marketing, otherwise their brand will not last.

amazing quality clothing , so soft and the customer service is honestly the best i’ve ever experienced! they really care about you as a customer and it shows!

i would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful well made clothing :) i personally had to size up for my preferred fit. cant wait to place another order with this wonderful company

I had a seamless experience with Ruve Shop! At first I was a little sceptical with the reviews, but I didn't experience any of the problems said by others. I ordered the NOA top, it arrived quite quickly and I loved the little touches that came with the pack (especially the dust bag which I was not expecting). I've received many compliments from the top, and would be happy to purchase from them again!

After waiting nearly four weeks I received a jacket and trousers which were unsuitable due to poor workmanship. The jacket was sent in a broken package and just shoved in. The style was none existent as it looked like somebody had stitched it willy-nilly leaving it practically shapeless. The trousers had a crotch that hung way below where it should of been. Three e-mails, later on, all they have told me is that I should return to an international address and now they have decided to ask me to take photos. Really disappointed!!!

Normally love ruve products, but was disappointed when I received a crop top that unraveled on first try on!

Love the brand Ruve their designs are amazing! Also great customer service. Was a little disappointed by my top pulling but I love the designs! My other pieces are very good quality.

I actually love ruveshop’s items and the quality they offer and it is the reason why I always order from their website. They tend to have a unique style and they always surprise me with new innovative items. Its actually not only me who order from this website but my sister and most of her girlfriends always ask me to place orders for them because they live away.

Cute clothes but return policy is a nightmare. If you want to order from here, BE SURE that it's something you don't mind keeping. I wanted to return an order but because the return address was in Hong Kong, I would literally have to pay the price of the jacket just for shipping.

It's weird because it said my package was shipped out of California so I don't understand why the return is international. Really disappointed.
