If you send us a complaint about a problem with your account within 12 hours, an exchange/refund will be provided. If you tell us there's a problem with the account days later, there's nothing we can do about it. However, if you contact us via live support, we can give you extra balance. We don't want any of our customers to be unhappy.

The worst platform for sellers — Unfair refunds and stolen funds

I strongly advise against using this platform. I sold my items here, but while I was asleep, the site issued a refund to the buyer without any evidence that the product was faulty.

My listing explicitly stated that the buyer must record their screen while logging in to prove any potential issues. Despite this, the site unilaterally refunded the buyer without requiring any proof. To make matters worse, they confiscated my existing balance of $3.20 from a previous successful sale, along with the $3.20 from this transaction—totaling a loss of $6.40 in working accounts and earned money.

When I reached out for clarification, the site owner told me to "shut up" and immediately deleted my seller account. This is essentially theft. Do not do business with this platform. If you have been scammed by them, I highly recommend filing formal complaints with the police, small claims courts, or relevant consumer protection agencies to have this site investigated.
