Excellent customer service and very fast!

I had to have my visa back in a very short time for another trip. After speaking with my order representative, we decided that I should try it. Mailed it on a Tuesday and received the visa and passport three days later. Amazing service with very friendly and helpful staff.

I had a rush job to get a visa and they delivered faster than expected. It felt good that that was one less thing to worry about.

Your support before sending any information or materials made all the difference. My schedule into the future includes additional visas for travel, and I will use you all again. Very good at tracking our visas, sending overnight mail label to send in a new photo (flaw in first one), answering my inquiries as needed, and so on. Worth extra money so you can deal with English speaking intermediary in seeking Russia visa.

the process was fairly simple, and very quick even when I did not do a rush, I still had it one day after I submitted the documentation. Angela Farmer was my Specialist and she answered my questions and made it an easy process. I am so excited to go on my trip to India!

I was excited to use this company but they were TERRIBLE! Their website didn't work, they didn't respond to any emails and several tries then, to add insult to injury, they left me in a huge bind. I have no idea how they got so many stars unless the reviews are FAKE. I noticed that the other review account is CLOSED it begs the question of FAKE REVIEWS - who knows?

Great service! I got all the help I needed, to fill out the visa form, for my trip to China, and a roadmap to the step by step process. I got my visa within a week, or so, and got approved quickly. I live in a place that does not have passport offices, so this service is perfect for me! I’ll be using this service again when I renew my passport.
For me, it’s totally worth the price, to make this process effortless!

I found Rushmytravelvisa to be extremely helpful and efficient once I connected with Angela Farmer. She explained everything, followed through with us and we received our visa in a timely manner. Would highly recommend her in particular.

Mixed experience. I needed a Visa in <5 days. My order was accepted through an active website PassportsandVisas.com, but went to RushMyTravelVisa, which created some processing problem on their end that wasn't clear to me. I received e-Visa instructions and the name of an agent very promptly, but I had already called their contact number to get in the queue. I reached a different agent, Angela Cobanov, than the agent that was assigned to me by email. She quickly got my account straightened while I waited, got me all of the instructions I needed then walked me step by step through the instructions, answering all of my questions. I had all of my documents and my application turned in <2 hours after discovering that I needed a visa. Thank you, Angela. The challenge came in the written instructions. I submitted a photocopy of a 2" x 2" official passport photo, but its resolution wasn't high enough. I wound up needing to take my own high-res photo, crop it to 2" x 2" and re-submit it. Then, same issue with the photocopy of my passport - it needed to be in color and high-res. I wound up doing the same - high-res photo in a PDF. In all, there were 2-3 go-backs on the process that could have been avoided if the written instructions from RushMyTravelVisa had been clearer or more specific. The good news is, with every issue that arose, Angela quickly reached out to me to communicate the problem, worked with me to get it resolved and I got my visa on time. Overall, a positive experience that will be easier next time, but it could have been better if the written instructions were more specific about what's needed.

I was very excited to receive my China Visa by FedEx Tuesday! My rep at the company, Angela Farmer, was great. She made herself available to me throughout the whole process, which went very smoothly (despite the fact that the machine at the Chinese Embassy decided to break the day my Visa was supposed to be printed!LOL). It is darkly funny, now. At the time, it delayed my visa, and I would have been slightly hysterical, but Angela handled it beautifully: reassured me, gave me worst case scenario alternatives. She was excellent, and got me my Visa with only one day delay. I can't say enough about this company. 5 out of 5!!
