Great product, great customer service.

I love my run buds - I’ve always struggled with in-ear headphones in the past but the hook over the ear gives me the confidence to run in these and they really work well.
Sadly I broke my charging case and customer service was brilliant, so I’m now waiting for a replacement in the post at a very reasonable price.

Turn off all the time

Really wanted to like these but they are so unreliable, they turn off for no reason even when charged. Rubbish.

Not the best experience!!

So disappointed, just received my order 2114933, I ordered run bud airs, website states ipx7 after trying one earphone I noticed the box states ipx6. You cannot advertise one thing and send another. I’m guessing I will struggle to get my money back because the box is open and blue tag taken out of one ear, although that shouldn’t matter as they’ve been mis-sold!!
**Update customer service have responded but have completely ignored the fact they have sent me ipx6 instead of ipx7!!
I feel that this was totally misleading and I am entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
**Further update, customer service have now sent a prepaid label and will process a refund.
**refund received, I see they’ve now updated the website to reflect they are actually ipx6. Megan from customer service was very helpful and sorted the problem out. Thank you very much Megan.

Reliable, long lasting battery, great sound, easy to use

I've had my run buds for perhaps a year now and think they're fantastic. They're very easy to use and robust,

I've used them in all kinds of weather and workouts. The sound is great and the Bluetooth connectivity is really reliable.

The time they last is perfect, I'm training for a marathon and they last the length of my long runs (my bone conducting headphones run out before some runs end). For what I paid I think these are a great investment and if I lose or eventually break them I wouldn't bother looking for alternatives, it'll just be these again.

Love my headphones - always struggled with earphones staying in my ears (even with much more expensive brands just not staying in for me) first ones I’ve found that fit perfectly with great sound quality!

Had an issue with the right headphone and the customer service I received was exceptional - sorted so quickly - probably the best customer service experience I’ve had.

Thanks so much! Definitely recommend and will definitely order again!

Excellent company & products

Wanted some earbuds that could make phone calls hands free and also hook over the ear. Sent off various questions to Runbuds and the response each time was exceptional. Very fast to reply, nothing was too much bother and answered all my questions fully.
Now used their product and the earbuds with hooks are so comfortable to wear & sound quality is excellent.
I highly recommend this company and their products.

Excellent service and product

The purchase of the runBuds Minis was prompt, and the devices themselves are excellent. I lost the spare silicon tips, and was provide with replacements quickly and at no cost. Highly recommended.

After my last review of my ear buds not…

After my last review of my ear buds not working properly I was contacted and offered the pro ( for free) although I can’t use the others now so technically still £39.99. And what a difference! This are far more superior, they fit in my ear perfectly, softer, and the sound quality is a lot better. Thank you for taking the time to put things right and sending them so quickly!

Superb headphones for running (and everything else!)

I was very impressed with my RunBuds when I got them out of the box - they were easy to pair with my phone (Android) and, more importantly, my Garmin watch. The touch controls worked well and I couldn't wait to try them out. Unfortunately, after a few uses, the signal between my watch and my RunBuds consistently dropped after exactly 2 minutes of running and flickered in and out. I didn't have this problem with my phone, but I bought the headphones to pair with my watch as I don't like running with my phone.
I contacted customer support and they sent me an updated model with a stronger Bluetooth transmitter. These have not had a single fault or a single second of dropped signal over hours worth of running. The controls actually seem better than the first pair I had as well.
Both pairs are comfortable and stay on my ears when running because of the light and flexible ear hooks. I have not found another style of headphones that I can run with comfortably.
I thoroughly recommend the RunBuds Pro to anyone looking for a great sounding, lightweight and comfortable fitting pair of headphones to run with, or just to use in day to day activities. I will definitely buy again.

Hurray ! Finally Earbuds perfect for small ears

I have small inner ears and these are the first wireless earbuds that are both comfortable and secure. The behind the ear hooks are flexible and soft but work well. Also its great to be able to adjust the volume on the earbuds directly - and the microphone is an unexpected bonus.

What customer service should be

When is a customer service function not just a problem logging service? When you contact RunBuds.

What a great team at RunBuds. Had a query on connectivity. Got back to me very quickly, resolved the matter and also followed up quickly to check I was happy with resolution.

No hard sell, no if or buts - just great customer service that many other corporates could learn a thing or to from. Well done.

To compare these to the Apple air pods…

To compare these to the Apple air pods pro is a sin. I’m so confused how these can even rate the stars it has.. must be paid reviews because there’s NO WAY you can ever compare these to the Apple air pods. These are a joke and so is your customer service. I’ll be disputing this on my credit card and contacting the BBB. False advertising at its finest!

Good product with a convincing design…

Good product with a convincing design and sound quality. I had an issue with getting them working. Mel, the customer service team member was pretty quick to respond and helped me to sort that out. I am enjoying the Runbuds now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
